Good information Munib! Glad to notify you that in Panama the bat research in the Chilibre caves, that started with Panama Mammal Society (SOMASPA) and where you participated, has continued to this date and right now we have biology students from University of Panamá, whom we have also guided, completing their bachelor thesis on this topic - The local committee of Chilibre-Chilibrillo rivers also continues active in the project. We, at SOMASPA and the Panama Bat Conservation Program (PCM PAN) continue the preparation of our reports to RELCOM and MIAMBIENTE to demonstrate these caves have merits to become protected.
mam I have completed my M.SC in biotechnology and I have passion in wildlife so how can I contribute. how can I make my passion as a job? I am 26 year old now. thanks in advance
As you can hear from Munib's discussion a lo depends on you. How much rigor you follow and how much effort you put in to projects. There are many funded projects available after college but nothing comes easy. However, if you are passionate and willing to put in your heart and soul, there should be nothing stopping you
i am a boy in class 11 which lives in uttar pradesh and i am an average student so should i go for bsc enironmental science and if yes which collage i can join . i am really confused
Hi Mohit, surely you can pursue this field. During this interview at 13:46 Munib talks about the various programs available that you can take a look at . Thanks for writing to us
Salman, this might not be hugely remunerative as a salary in the initial years, but you could look at aided projects to sustain yourself financially once you are talented. Which country are you working / living in?
What if i do wildlife sciences in india only I mean from an indian university Will i get such experciences?? And a great career?? Are there chances.... Mam Please guide me
Hey Sushi, of course you can. There are projects out there like Munib mentioned which are funded and if you display the qualities they seek, you can certainly access them. Good luck
Hi Mam and Munib, thanks for this video. It is very helpful. I am a graduated architect found my profound interest in Nature and wildlife. While working in my field I have travelled across India and documented bird species for my nature centric photographic blog @ bit.ly/kavinprakash I would like to work on- field, collaboratively with researchers and people (locals), conserving nature & wildlife, addressing to Indian wildlife issues contextually with innovative solutions. Please guide me what can I pursue next? Masters in Wildlife science, Environmental studies or is there any separate course to practice conservation on-field? Thankyou.
The most insightful realistic but motivational video I've seen so far and I've been looking all over youtube. Thank you for the video
