You may be right, but my experience, growing from seed does not always produce fruit. We live in Queensland Australia and I had planted some avocado seeds, but they were not very successful. They have to be grafted to get good results. On our property, at present, we have 10 avocado trees, of which 4 are producing. At present Pinkinton, Hass of the mid-season one and are producing excellent quality fruit. Then we have Reed, which is a very late variety. I have now also planted early varieties as well, such as Frutel ,Shepard, and one of the variety of which are forgotten the name. There is one other variety, which is called Linda, and I am told that the fruit is almost a kilo in weight. When doing this, not as a commercial venture, but for our own needs and for our friends. I am also growing, macadamia and pecan nuts. I've also planted 4 p peper shell almonds, but this part of Queensland is not suitable for them.Beside avocados, the plains of Punjab, would be very good for growing macadamia and pecan nuts. Pecans are like walnuts, longish and shape, but the taste is as good as the walnut. Hope somebody would try those as well

Good start to grow avacado in Pakistan. But the prices in International markets are not as high as are being said here in this video. Prices for top quality are around $8 to $10 per kg which brings it to Rs. 2000 to 2500. So good start but bit of exaggeration in this video on pricing part. Also it needs certain climate to grow for best quality.

In my experience, plant grown from seed is no certainty for fruiting. Some do produce fruit but there is no guarantee. I have tried it. I had four trees growing from seeds, only one produced fruit of reasonable size. Now I have planted grafted varieties and they are producing excellent quality fruits. I have planted different varieties, so that we can harvest fruit almost all the year round. At present our harvesting starts in mid-March, but hopefully next year we would have an earlier varieties as well. Do get grafted varieties or have them grafted.
Your prices are expensive,this is U.S and mexican treats and used in salsas,salads,guacamoles etc. Good luck in selling it to Pakistanis who have to adapt a new cuisine. The plants can be bought cheaper in between Taxila andMansehra.
