I feel that’s inaccurate, since God made us both corporal and spiritual. Angels are spiritual beings,

Don't know why but philosophy has always bored me to death. Anyhow in Jesus Christ of Nazareth is embodied all reality. I know Him. That's more than enough.
And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
    Ephesians 1:22‭-‬23

When I was a really little kid I had this same fear, but ultimately came to the conclusion that it didn't matter. Even if no one else existed, if the world was made 5 minutes ago, if everything was a simulation, some things were right and others were wrong. No exceptions.
(Now I have no doubts about creation lol.)

thanks for pointing out that joy accompanies truth, and I would say the opposite is true, that lies create misery. Hence why we need a perfect loving all knowing God to guide us, protect us, and even create us, and hence the argument for satan to try and get us to abandon God for temporary pleasure, satisfaction, or whatever. And this is why we needed a savior, Jesus Christ, to atone for mankinds sins against God, opening the avenue for us, his children, to return to God for safety, and hopefully wiser...having learned our lesson, and ultimately being more aware of Christ and our Father in Heaven, who without their power, divine love, and very beautiful and painful sacrifice...we would be slaves to the master of sin and evil forever...

I have had a couple specific moments i felt the Holy Spirit touch and heal me with love that I wasn’t in control of. Like crying and hurting from sin I have committed and when I submitted myself to God and was honest with Him with who I was although He knows, and was sorry for what I have done, I went from crying tears of regret and shame in an instance my entire body filled with love and I just sat there in silence and felt it and listened and I had never felt so at peace in silence in my life. My point being when I opened the door for God to work through me he filled me with love. After that moment I was drawn to the Holy Spirit and it helped me to access it easier and I noticed when I allow it into my heart and give it away I receive more and becomes a cycle, I never understood this until I heard bishop Barron clarify it. It’s available to all of us so I m not trying to sound like I am special it’s tricky talking about it but it was the most real thing I have ever experienced. The other thing I have noticed is the more I open my heart and keep Christ on my mind through prayer the cleaner my thoughts and words are and the more selfless my heart becomes, instances of helping people become instinctive. I just wanted to share this with you because I appreciate your comment and I don’t know if you’ve experienced this or not but prayer changed my life and my life is improving. You made a great point about truth. Speaking truth all the time in everything you say is also life changing, you begin to feel Gods love. I m trying to discern if what I m feeling is correct but when I ask the Blessed Mother to pray for me I get this overwhelming feeling of feminine love that makes me cry like a baby a lot of times when I am avoiding sexual sin. Do not underestimate the power of our Blessef mother’s prayer for us it is so healing.

Maybe start with what you know exists and your relationship to Truth, Love and Beauty. What is the human person? Start with what you do know exists as a basis to move forward. Seek Wisdom. Pray for Wisdom!

@@grasshoffers most people who "don't believe in God" are deeply invested in sin. Repent, should be the message.

@@chrisclements1169 maybe old crusty people, but there are a lot of youth who are truly seeking and not necessarily invested in sin. They have not necessarily rejected God, they were just not given any reason to.
It is not always helpful to just say repent and believe. Saint Paul did not just go around saying, ‘ all of you are invested in sin…repent.” He used what some have called, the economy of faith( I paraphrase from memory Saint John Cardinal Newman)…in that he started with whatever foundation was available, such as the monument to the unknown God.
I say a prayer then respond with hope that the Holy Spirit will guide what I say that is most advantages to the person I address.
But that is me and it is a doctrine my sound approach.
Yes, everyone should be constantly repenting of sin…but if that were the totality of the message, it would be narrow indeed.
