    Incredible stuff! I'm learning fashion design, and finding well expleined tutorial is very helpful for getting the knowlege how to sew and pattern elements of the bag. I hope your channel gets much more views it deserves. I looked for a content like this year ago, and I see that you started around that time. Beautiful art

    Bought the pattern on etsy but it should have included the straps and the cord binding instructions because all though you make it look easy in the video ; it goes way too fast to follow for a beginner( will prob have to rewatch it every 5 min. Or something for each step) ugh. When i get the chance to try this i think i will save some time and frustration and just purchase already made handles and a strap. Gonna try to blow up the pattern too for a larger version. Must be nice to have the skills to make this look so easy ..you are blessed.👏bravo

      @@monica1087 I have separate full tutorials for the shoulder straps and handles that are linked in the description of this video :) I just don’t include the full strap + handle breakdown in every video I do because otherwise each tutorial would be super long 😅 thank you for your support!

    Thank you so much for putting in the effort to film this for us! Would love to see how you do a whip stitch, I noticed you use 2 needles/threads?

    love the bag and video. what type of fabric and weight is the lining?

      It looks kind of like ripstop fabric.

    • @byefrisbie
      @byefrisbie  6 місяців тому

      It’s tiptop nylon! I’d have to go back and check on the weight, but it’s fairly light-midweight. I wouldn’t recommend doing doing a super super light fabric, but you definitely don’t want it too heavy/thick

    I’d would love if it had measurements in cm it’s hard to follow in inches

      Felt that, I’m in the US, so I use inches (even tho the metric system is better), but I’ll consider trying to include some things in cm in the future!
