    Dear Friends,
    We always see positive OKR means always growing. So is there any case where OKR has a negative value?. If yes, please give an example?. Thank you.

      There are situations where "negative values are GOOD" for examples reducing your day's receivable, reducing the number of complaints, reducing the number of people leaving your company. To address these with OKRs, you merely state to "negative" target. For example, right now we have 20% of our employees leave each year. We would like to decrease this by 5% ( i.e. a Key Result target of -5%). In Hirebook you would state the "starting value" to be 20%, ending target of 15%. This shows the negative 5%
