Personally I use it because of the sustained fire and I got my base damage to 140 on it so it absolutely chops! I don't really PVP in this game anymore seeing how all my friends left so I don't know if it's a good PVP weapon! I'm more of a division 1 vet but a division 2 novice!

in my opinion OG pestilence version is way much better than two different versions of Pestilence even though devs fix it twice in different manhunt seasons previously but OG is way better than newer version

If I remember corectly, the tick from Pestilence is affected only from weapon damage. So crits do nit count. Holster best in slot is Picarro, armor and weapon dmg in the same time. From my point of view your build is for Iron Lung and not for Pestilence. Remember, this is only my view vs your build. Try a build with hazpro, weapon handling and armor. The weapon dmg you will receive from the brands. Fast reloading, less recoil, no more fire or foam. 1.5-1.6 mil will be ok only vs clean players. VS cheaters... You know the way in this situations! I wait your next video!
