The ability of Snake-Eye players to draw like "starter + 3 non-engine cards + crossout" this format is something even science cannot explain.

9:39 So the gates should have been put back to hand as it’s an illegal activation, it’s mandatory to add beckoning beast to activate the spirit gates, so if there is not a target in deck to search the spell can’t be activated at all
Anima also has to attack yubel, should have been game. Also no reason to pop the snake-eyes diabellstar, literally helped the opponent there so they didn't have to take 5k dmg....

If snake-eye diabellstar attacks there is no damage that they would take. Its effect happens on attack declaration while all of the yubel players damage comes from damage step to end of damage calculations.
@@JEL625he negated its effect with the rank 10. They can't attempt to use its effect again once the activation has been negated. If it was worded differently they would be able to activate it again so it was pointless to destroy it. The yubel player should have won there. Since they would take double reflect damage for a total of 10,600 damage.

@1:55 when you NS Lotus since Apollo is there you could have made Anima to bait it (I assume you don't since you summoned Beast in its arrow) or Almiraj to threaten SP and IP at the same time. The drawback of SP not being able to attack directly doesn't matter thanks to Pain.
Squirmer was honestly wasted here as Apollo bait. Had you forced IP (or the unknown Mourner), you could bait with Yama then have squirmer counter a potential veiler (or mourner) and allow spirit to resolve
TLDR; baiting everything, especially Promethean so Pain can easily OTK on them is the best way to deal with Snakes.
In game 2 it's better to first try and bait the Ash with Yama, not showing Yubel engine (Pain) in order to bait as much as possible with Beast. After that, you can go for the Yubel Engine. Not going for Varudras early was very very greedy you where lucky not getting punished (@4:40)
Very good play not getting baited into Talents allowing Rage to be taken. But here on BP (@6:35) you forgor why Pain is the best card of the deck. They could only attack Yubel so Anima deals 1800 battle (pain) + 1800 burn (og yubel eff), then when they activate steroid poplar eff to remove yubel, you can use Varudras to negate the activation then pop ANY card on the field. Ideally you pop Rage so you can get Sharvara back (this triggers yama making Varudras another pop) while Chamber is now online but these are irrelevant since steroid poplar would deal them 2800 battle damage + 2800 burn ending the game (9.200 total)
About the OTK the following turn, you should have definitely used Rage on Protector then banish SnAsh with SP and not the way you did it last turn. Opponent has 6k so Varudras is half already, Gates revives Protector then you go BP and it's game (1800 from protector + 1600 sp + 3000 varudras). If the opponent uses Veiler on Protector, you can use SP on it + Poplar then go BP and do the exact same thing + squirmer pop spirit for yama to revive Sharvara/Rage and still OTK.
Even Djinn Buster attacking Poplar then negating the effect (or burning them for veiler) would be game.
I hope next feature you're better, it's challenging at the start but don't give up!!!
@@babrad thx First i dont Play Anima just almiraj i missed that he otked himself that was pretty Bad but the otk line was Messed up in my mind i thought oh Yeah This Game is won already i just summon some monsters and win but Theo the Double veiler threw ne off and k Hard nothing left in extra and he has only 200 def so without the line you mentioned ist tough
Yeah turn 1 was good but i didnt use my interrupzions good i could have yama at some point to pop the xyz but it is good to review on your mistakes. maybe ill get a video on here where i win
G2 was a speedrun of finding a way to lose from a basically guaranteed win
How did yubel not win game 2? Yubel and nightmare Pain do enough damage. He just forgot the basic mechanic of the deck..

Some people only learn combos and not what they deck actually does.
It's weird how people try to over complicate the deck when it could be as easy as activate nightmare pain and summon 2 yubel monsters and attack into your opponents strongest monster for game.
One of the things I do is verify the attack on monsters my opponent to has. Some people try to clear the opponents board then try to link climb into 8k damage when they don't need to.
Even in the previous video they said they are new to the deck. To me Pain is the best card of the deck so it's hard to forget but most people focus on the "fiend link combo" aspect and forget the more situational effects.

Why do people use that app? You Can cheat or miss certain interactions with cards you don't know well

Because irl your cards don't glow if you can activate them. Completely different mindset when you actively have to understand what's going on at all times, if you don't practice this way you'll get cooked in paper events.
Yubel player fumbled so hard 💀
The yubel player really fumbled game 2 when it was so free. Full end board should have been able to beat snake eye hand since they didnt use any board breakers.
Saying BP against yubel was so wild. Then the YUBEL player forgetting nightmare pain forces the attacks the attacks should have been game. Double reflect damage from anima with at 18k and SE diabellestar at 28k was 9,200 damage.
I got thrown off for a sec because 28k and 18k would mean 28,000 and 18,000. You are correct though.
I just assume all Yubel players don't know what they're doing because if they did they would play a meta deck.
Game 1 depending on the extra deck (I assume no Anima) could have made early SP or Yama to avoid that outcome but Nib would probably prevent the OTK. Still they could end on Varudras or Rage hoping for a bad top deck.
Game 2 was OTK during the opponent's turn due to Pain (1800 ATK Anima 2x on Yubel, 2800 steroid poplar x2 on yubel with Varudras negates the activation without destroying)
Yubel is meta. And it's getting MUCH better.

Opening terror both games is a big feels bad but this yubel player played so bad too.
Give me Beast/Gates + Pain (game 1) or Throne + Pain (game 2) every game and I won't mind drawing Terror at all

The deck has this weird thing where it can be super linear but also a complete web of decisions that can win. Sometimes it can be as simple as getting as many yubel bodies on board as possible to run into a big guy for lethal. People just tend to spin their wheels and go nowhere with the deck.

@@vinnyreis3016 I've been grinding this deck for a couple months now. Going first if you can combo the deck actually feels unbeatable, your starting lines might vary a bit but it all filters down to getting to Yama and setting up the Apo/varudras/phantom line. The only cards that I feel I have to worry about on the crack back are droplet and drnm but that gets side stepped with dies irea in a couple weeks. Going second the deck can struggle really hard playing into boards, but that's where the lines of putting a bunch of yubels on board comes up to do the crashing otk. Going second I've been messing around siding in mind con, change of heart and snatch steal and those have been putting in work. The biggest weakness I've found lately is droll since it's gaining popularity and your only outs to it are crossy or called by.
@@gerbygerbs7705 I'm siding kaiju to get rid of problematic monsters, isn't that better? I had an insane mirror match recently, yubel VS yubel is crazy shit lol, and my opponent couldn't do much after I summoned Apo. So I'm siding kaiju to get rid of her or other negates
@@vinnyreis3016 I think there is an unexplored space for a pure going second Yubel deck but your wincon is most likely going to be crashing two yubels and making Gustav. I tried it early on because slumber is a crazy card and I like the idea of tokusano being able to pitch dead yubels or extra kaijus for a draw 2, but playing stupid meme cards meant it wasn't as consistent
