This was the first ASMR video I ever watched (a good few years ago now). I loved it then and I still love it now. Thank you for the best possible introduction to the wonderful world of ASMR!
Still, after all these years, and countless other wrapping videos, this remains one of my all time favourites. The sound, the soft slowness... just perfect!
I went to buy presents today and got really stressed out from people walking by and cars rushing and honking non stop. When I asked the girl at the register to wrap my presents there was a strange sense of calm like time stood still. She didn't talk, just carefully wrapped the presents and asmr took hold of me. I'd never guess. I was so on edge because of the chaos previously. Conclusion: asmr that takes you by surprise is by far the most effective for me.
Makes since. Sometimes it's the lack of purpose that does it for me. Like when someone cuts random articles from newspapers. I'm just perplexed as to why.
Just have to point out my favorite parts of this video are within the first 2 minutes! I love the sound of the cards hitting the inside of that box, and i love the clear plastic bag the gloves are in, and i love the unfolding of the tissue paper! I think i could put those first 2 minutes on repeat and fall asleep 😉👏😁
This is a long overdue comment, but I wanted to let you know that this video is one of the very first ASMR clips I've ever seen, like 7 years ago or something - and it's stayed on my private ASMR playlist ever since. I tend to delete and update the list every once in a while because my preferences in sounds/aesthetics shift over time, but this is one of those videos that never grow old, a classic, dare I say.😊 I think it's the natural, non-staged, everyday life-ish vibe that keeps me coming back to it. I remember laying on my mother's bed as a child while she wrapped gifts and all the wonderful tingles it gave me of course back then I had no idea what I was experiencing was asmr. This video brought me right back to that time. Thank you so much for this❤

When I was a little boy, I enjoyed Xmas time a lot because of gifts wrapping. The sensation felt like I was alone in the shops surrounded by marvelous sounds. I was focused on hands slowly moving while tingles ran on my neck... I really thought I was weird and NEVER talked about it to anyone. Then came UA-cam and first time I saw an asmr video (this one) I understood lots of people were 'weird' too... 😉 Since then (25 years later...) I finally talked about it with my sister who was enjoying asmr too (weirdo family 😁). She asks her daughter to turn pages... 😂 9 years later, this video still my favorite by far. Charlotte has those precise and soft moves that other ones don't have!!! Kisses from Belgium 🇧🇪💋❤️

I wouldn't care if you wrapped a dried out pickle, this is soooo relaxing. Plus you are patient. I would be all tangled up in the tape and ruin the tissue. This reminds me when I had family still...Thank you for doing these. Helps me a lot, to feel comforted like a cup of tea near a fire all cozy. ^^ That bottle sound sloshing was fun!
Hey girly. You should totally do an ASMR tutorial on curling hair with tin foil and a flat iron. There're tons of videos to show what I'm talking about, however I haven't found an actual ASMR tutorial on this. The noises of the tin are very nice. Oh, and I have still been watching this particular video every night for sleep. My husband actually request that I play it as it helps him fall asleep fast as well. You're awesome!!

I forever thought I was 'alone' in appreciating (and enjoying) what I've learned to refer to as ASMR. It's wonderful knowing there are other folks out there digging this as much as myself. This video is great for calming my anxiety! Even if it doesn't help in the way I wanted, I always seem to end the video in a much better state than I started!
First time I've seen any of my subscribed ASMR channels do something like this. Really great work. The audio recording seems to be absolutely perfect for capturing all the nuances of wrapping a gift. The paper crinkling, that sound that the paper makes when the scissors slice it in half, the tape, etc. Great, great work!
This is my #1 fav asmr video ever! The first 5 minutes are perfect trigger sounds for me personally. I enjoy the softer crinkles and really hope to see more videos with the tissue bundles and tags! Thanks for this gem!

I don't know if others agree with me, but besides those awesome crinkle sounds I really enjoyed that slight, calm breathing in the background :-) And the part with the box of that "Sheep Dip" - bottle (16:14-16:47) gave me intensive tingles, too ^^. Not because of the bottle itself, but the sounds of its package *.*

The crinkling coupled with the breathing sounds puts me in a deep state of relaxation. Flawless hands add to the allure.
