Only now have I discovered this concert recording. I was also there in Cologne. I drove 1000 km there and back to see Fleetwood Mac. I didn't regret a single kilometer. It was a great concert. Afterwards I drove back through the night into the morning absolutely happy. Two years earlier (2013), I saw FM for the first time at a concert, even though I've been a big fan of the band for over 50 years. That was in Stuttgart. Just as fantastic. And now that Christine McVie, the first diamond in the chain, has left the band, it makes you respect and appreciate what a great band we've had for a lifetime. At least Stevie Nicks is still on tour, surprising us with new songs like “The Lighthous”. I would like to see another great album, a DVD from FM... The video of this concert is an amateur recording, like so many videos on UA-cam, so it's not as perfect as if it were an official video from the record company. And yet many thanks to Monica for her work and for uploading it. It brings back the memory that lives in the heart.
McVie still can sing pretty darn well at 73 although she has some help now. So can Nicks at 68. Buckingham actually sounds better here than he has recently. You are lucky to see them performing this well - thanks for sharing.

I was just a kid riding the school bus in 1970’s and they just had the speakers put in the bus when I first heard their music. My favorite songs were Fleetwood Mac and it wasn’t till s wile later I even knew who they were. I was always bewitched by Stevie Nicks voice.

I learned the Fleetwood Mac music through my mom, I have never ever thought that I would be blessed with the opportunity of watch them perform live. One of the greatest concert I've been to, specially for the emotional meaning behind it. Thanks for recording and uploading this video :D
I saw them in the early 80's and am hoping to catch them in 2017. Have always been my favorite. So much talent. Love Stevie's voice-not another one like it. Lindsey's guitar is great. Love the chemistry that still goes on on the stage. Thanks so much for posting.
It is a shame that Lindsey got fired after 43++ years.. through Stevie N.. without Lindsey, the group isn't the same.. I gave been a fan since mid 70's.. Lindsey is a phenominal guitar player and not recognised enough. RIP Christine McV

Big Love at 50:43 was unbelievably amazing when I saw them live in 2015. The whole song (short as it was) was absolutely mesmorizing. He gave it EVERYTHING. A true artist.

Waited my whole life to see this concert in Brisbane. It was magic. Yes, they are older, and Stevie has lowered her range to preserve her voice (she says that herself), which has also become dusky (maybe due to smoking). The band are clearly enjoying the music and each other. Refreshing after some of the shenanigans that ruined concerts (e.g. Lindsey deliberately playing off key and mimicking Stevie and kicking her on stage in Auckland 1980). Thanks so much for the video. While it doesn't reproduce the sound that well, it is terrific.

Vielen, vielen Dank!!!!! Ich sah die Band paar Tage zuvor in Amsterdam, letztes Jahr in Toronto (da ich es nicht abwarten konnte, ENDLICH alle 5 zu sehen). Das absolut lahmste Publikum war in Köln! Sowas hatte ich bisher bei den Macs nicht erlebt... Zumindest in meinem Bereich: 2. Reihe, linke Seite. Wehe, ich stand auf, da wurde SOFORT von hinten gebrüllt! Ne, ganz schlimm!!!! Egal, davon zeigt sich hier nichts, vermutlich war in der gesamten Arena klasse Stimmung, nur in meinem "Abteil" nicht... Once more: Vielen Dank und Daumen hoch für die Qualität!!!!!
Es freut mich sehr, vielen vielen dank für die netten Wörter. Das Publikum war ja fantastisch, viel besser als in Berlin 2013 - ich hatte 9. Reihe dort, aber keine Videokameras wurden erlaubt... Aber dieses mal war es ein Traum, endlich alle 5 wieder zusammen und mit so einer großen Tournee. Leider kommen sie nie nach Spanien, deshalb muss ich immer reisen. Aber es lohnt sich!

Ich weiß nicht, warum die Konzerte in Deutschland (war 2013 in Berlin und Köln) immer bestuhlt werden, aber beispielsweise in Amsterdam nicht?? Einfach lächerlich. Es ist doch kein klassiches Konzert, ich will mich doch zur Musik bewegen!!

OK, viele haben es auch getan, viele wurden aber auch leider von anderen Besuchern daran gehindert. Wie mögen sich eigentlich die 5 auf der Bühne vorkommen, wenn das Publikum das Konzert wie ein Theaterstück verfolgt???? Hm... Vielleicht bei dieser Tour deshalb auch nur 1 Konzert in Deutschland :-) In Amsterdam gab es tatsächlich einen freien Innenraum und in so einer "Lokalität" werde ich sie am Samstag in Dublin sehen...

Vielen, vielen Dank!!!!! Ich sah die Band paar Tage zuvor in Amsterdam, letztes Jahr in Toronto (da ich es nicht abwarten konnte, ENDLICH alle 5 zu sehen). Das absolut lahmste Publikum war in Köln! Sowas hatte ich bisher bei den Macs nicht erlebt... Zumindest in meinem Bereich: 2. Reihe, linke Seite. Wehe, ich stand auf, da wurde SOFORT von hinten gebrüllt! Ne, ganz schlimm!!!! Egal, davon zeigt sich hier nichts, vermutlich war in der gesamten Arena klasse Stimmung, nur in meinem "Abteil" nicht... Once more: Vielen Dank und Daumen hoch für die Qualität!!!!!
Es freut mich sehr, vielen vielen dank für die netten Wörter. Das Publikum war ja fantastisch, viel besser als in Berlin 2013 - ich hatte 9. Reihe dort, aber keine Videokameras wurden erlaubt... Aber dieses mal war es ein Traum, endlich alle 5 wieder zusammen und mit so einer großen Tournee. Leider kommen sie nie nach Spanien, deshalb muss ich immer reisen. Aber es lohnt sich!
N. Karl-Belitz Ich war auch in diesem Bereich, es gab Menschen, die sich nur noch über stehende Menschen beklagt haben. Es war einfach peinlich. Ich habe die gesamte 2,45 Stunden getanzt! Ich weiß nicht, warum die Konzerte in Deutschland (war 2013 in Berlin und Köln) immer bestuhlt werden, aber beispielsweise in Amsterdam nicht?? Einfach lächerlich. Es ist doch kein klassiches Konzert, ich will mich doch zur Musik bewegen!!
Rebecca Maschke Mac-Konzert mit Stühlen = passt einfach nicht! Eben, ist kein klassisches Konzert und irgendwie will/muss man sich bei der Musik einfach bewegen. OK, viele haben es auch getan, viele wurden aber auch leider von anderen Besuchern daran gehindert. Wie mögen sich eigentlich die 5 auf der Bühne vorkommen, wenn das Publikum das Konzert wie ein Theaterstück verfolgt???? Hm... Vielleicht bei dieser Tour deshalb auch nur 1 Konzert in Deutschland :-) In Amsterdam gab es tatsächlich einen freien Innenraum und in so einer "Lokalität" werde ich sie am Samstag in Dublin sehen...

+N. Karl-Belitz Es gibt Menschen, die können alters- oder krankheitsbedingt nicht mehr längere Zeit stehen ohne Schmerzen zu bekommen. Sollen die also dann die Ärsche der stehenden Vordermänner angucken?
Für Steher und Tänzer gibts Arena. Wenn ich bestuhlt kaufe, will ich auch sitzen können ohne dass mir jemand vor der Nase zappelt, mir die Ellenbogen ins Gesicht haut und die Sicht nimmt.

I saw Fleetwood Mac back in 1994 when they came to Chicago. That same night also had Crosby, Stills, and Nash. So it was a great concert to be at.
Can't wait till tonight. Going to see them in glasgow.
