You know the way we decide that is based on personal opinion, right? Just because you think he's not one of the best, doesn't mean he's not one of the best.
I personally don't even think he is even one of the better ones in the history of Fleetwood Mac

Funny, I was just thinking how influential his style has been to me. He's my favorite guitarist. I don't know if he is the best or even one of the best technically or whatever. But he can sure play a mean groove, a powerful solo and has a pretty unique style of playing. So yeah, to each their own but I guess there are a few of us who can really appreciate his playing.
R.I.P. Christine... your heartfelt golden voice has touched many souls, and you will be dearly missed.

I cant imagine seeing them live now without Lindsey. He is the heart and soul of Fleetwoodmac.
I saw them twice on this tour in LA in 2014 and 2015, with Lindsey, and they were fantastic! Saw em again unfortunately in 2018 without him in LA, and they were dreadful :( never again, sadly.

Of all the Mac tours, this was the very best...and the stage setup is alsothe best!!! Never sounded better, played better, and more energy !! Chris comingback really brought it All back together...effin incredible..take note young artists inyour 20s, 30s, ect...this band is the real deal!!!! oh hell yes!!!
LOL. Stevie and Chris sounded like cats on a fence. It’s nowhere near as good as The Dance tour.

They're simply magic! I'm blown away ...
The video background is really something wonderful to see!!!! I really love it, and it ads volumes to the whole "ethereal" atmospheric conditions that actually seem to accentuate the positive aspects of this particular bands' continuous popularity,and long lived "staying power" well, that and Stevie's gorgeous shawls, adding to the poignant beauty, I only wish she still did some more true "ballet-style" twirls and "ballet-style" dips with open arms fading into pointe style leg flexes and emotionally looking end-of-song arm,shawl,and head down poses. It feels like one is watching a classically styled ballet type of performance, which brings a type of "artsy" beauty to the whole stage, band, group, that is pleasing on so many upper levels, accentuating the timelessness of the music, in the process, enhancing the whole experience in a variety of levels. Bravo!!!!

You're welcome! I tried to get as much as I could! It's missing only about 30 minutes. I find the speeches and stories extra special, as people generally only film the music.
Zack Mitchell Are you missing parts of Lindsey Buckingham's guitar solo in" Ì'm so Afraid`"? Sounds like some parts are missing.... Because this is probably the song he does live that would qualify Mac as "heavy metal". He definitely is an underrated player, much like Frank Marino and Joe satriani.

Lindsey is the soul of Fleetwood Mac
One of many good things about Fleetwood Mac is the following. To the best of my knowledge none of the vocals are altered. It is what it is. Maybe some echo or reverb is thrown in if needed on a particular song. I am sure somebody will correct me if I am wrong on that. thank you
+Litmus63 you are right on! FWM is the real deal, no lip sync, no dancers, they don't need that sh..t!! and why is that...? Because they are top notch musicians, songwriters, they write their own songs, and sing them all. Their energy on stage & dedication to their music & fans is something very rare ...my god here they are selling out arenas STILL after all these decades...This tour is the best tour ever for FWM ...put most bands half their age to shame! just sayin!!
+BK Swanson (Buffy) I'll never forget seeing them in Boston. Stevie is my favorite singer of all time and she and all the others were so magical. I'm in my 20's and was unable to see them of course in the 70's-but I have such a high respect for this band, SO much better than modern pop. It's raw, real and they love what they do. :)

Wow, I love them in all their incarnations, I won't tolerate the stupid comments and comparisons. Quite frankly we are lucky they are still touring at the rate of death of many of my favorites. Rock and roll lifestyle took a toll on so many greats. I love them so much and want to see the current tour badly. I am going to try and see them but don't know 100 bucks is a dear price. I saw them in college for 10 bucks, for the Rumours tour. And stood in line overnight for 3rd row center.

Stevie didn't even try to hit those higher notes, and Lindsey can't sing worth a crap anymore, but Christine never lost her edge. RIP

Neil Finn is a good guitar player But he Belongs in Crowded House and Mike Campbell is a good guitar player but its not the same with out Lindsey Buckingham
No Peter Green = No Fleetwood Mac.
