I literally said (to myself), "Eleven?!" (...checked out title of video again...) "This child IS 11 years old? Wow." But, again, agreeing with you, I would say she has clearly been performing from a young age, and is extremely comfortable with her gift (that gorgeous voice, tho!) and spends time fully embracing and cultivating it. Also, although she was 11 yo, she is on the taller side, so she does look, and seem, older than her 11 years. Regardless, she was truly amazing, I've got to check her out on AGT.
It's not just the voice maturity but the stage presence, the walking, the hand gestures, the emphasis on certain parts, the lowering and raising of the tone, etc., that make it seems like she has received professional training and voice coaching. No eleven year old does that naturally. Simply amazing performance.
I'm still obsessed with how deep her tone is at the age of 11 and how much command she has over it! It's often hard for altos to discover the talent in their voices because much of the music out there is in the mezzo-soprano range.
