A Week In Provence at "La Raffine"

- Some highlights from our week stay at "La Raffine" just outside Lacoste in Provence, taken from our France 2019 video. This is more of a thank you for the owner, Janet and in it we share some of the markets and towns we visited, some of the foods we cooked with and some of the sites we saw. This video is intended more for the who are interested in going to Provence.

It looks like you made the best of the circumstances in which you found yourselves. Too many fresh vegetables, too many artisanal cheeses, spices, etc. Not to mention truffles. My deepest sympathy!🌿
I wish I was there... yummy all the variety of cheeses and home cooked meals with local ingredients. Who was the chef?

Actually, I am a chef. I've been in the restaurant industry for over 40 years and had my own Catalon restaurant for over 20. My favorite vacation is to go to other countries and cook what they have locally. On this last trip to Burgundy, Provence, Rhone & Champagne, we got Airbnb's just so I could shop and cook!
