My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. Remember what I said: When Polnareff looked up the stairs, he saw God. (Dio is Italian for God). When Polnareff looked down the stairs, he saw the Devil. (Diavolo is Italian for Devil).
@@pa1ace I think it just adds to his character too, he's such a mystery, is Diavolo King Crimson himself? Is he the original personality or is Doppio? He's almost impossible to figure out, and it's just another layer to hide who he really is.
The thing with Diavolo is, his appearance happend way too late into the story. With Dio, we at least knew how he was or looked because of Part 1, but Diavolo looked like a Mafia Boss until we saw his true appearance for the first time and it's just ridiculous, looking like a Stripper, it really doesn't make much sense when you consider that he's this ruthless man who hides his identity, and yet looks like the most attention-wanting character in the whole part lol. We saw him talking throughout King Crimson the whole time and he still does so after revealing himself. When Doppio used the Ice Cream as a phone, King Crimson was half of his face as Diavolo talked and on the plane, it was also King Crimson on the window as Diavolo talked. Then there's the whole thing with his name literally meaning devil and I mean..
@@gappy2127Shouldn't it make sense tho? His entire goal is to keep his identity secret, it wouldnt make sense if he appears really early on in the series. You also cant blame the character design since this is Jojo we are talking about. His identity is nonexist so having any name is irrelevant regardless. Also Diavolo always hid himself inside Doppio when he's outside his hideout, so it's also why he was able to always hid his appaearance too.
You may not have noticed it, but when Polnareff thought he was dying, when he was remembering his friends from part 3, you can faintly see the genie stand, you know, “Hail 2 U”, on the left side of the screen. That fight really was a huge moment for him. It was when he had to finally accept the death of his sister, and how his arrogance had (almost) gotten Avdol killed.
Narancia's death hit me like a train. I loved him so much cause he was essentially a little kid, from the way he acted and all that. Watching him go was so bad, even i cried.
I wonder if you have noticed how strong King Crimson is. Not by the whole time skip powers but in strength! He always goes for a single attack instead of the usual Ora ora muda muda style attack. I always loved that and thought that made him just a bit scarier.
The thing that Araki gets down about killing characters is that he makes it sudden and that actually makes the impact so much worse. There's no sad monologues (after part 2) where they get to say everything they need to. In real life death usually comes too quickly no one gets to say goodbye or too slowly with lots of suffering.
What always gets me about Narancia's death is that Giorno actually *cried,* despite being convinced at a young age that crying is meaningless. He didn't even cry when Abbacchio died. Mista was torn up pretty bad too.

Yeah, that feeling when your favorite jobro is the one who dies is just awful. The worst part is how sudden Narancia's death is. You never see or hear it happen. One moment he's standing there cheerfully talking about his bud Fugo and his favorite pizza, next moment he's been impaled on a fence and that's it for him. On a different topic, Requiem Chariot is pretty friggin strong. It doesn't seem that much since it can get hit and its bits just get chopped off, but it can turn attacks onto back to the enemy and it even turns stands against their users. It's a super strong defensive stand.
16:17 - Sticky Fingers should have opened a zipper across dimensions so Buccellati could stick his head through, lick Queen's face, and say "This is the taste of a crier.". Sorry, not sorry.
You know it's a sad death when the guy who's used to tremble instead of crying ends up shedding legit tears. Also, in case you want to know, there's a little bit more of JoJo animation you might want to go through before calling it a wrap: Thus Spoke Rohan Kishibe, a bunch of OVAs (Original Video Animations; basically higher-budget, often standalone episodes) based on a series of one-shots about our eccentric mangaka from Part 4 and the many stories he has to tell us. Bare in mind that both the one-shots and the OVAs are numbered out of order on purpose, so you don't get confused. There are currently 2 OVAs, with a couple more coming out around March for home releases.
Bucciarati: My hearing has deteriorated to the point that I can't even hear car horns in front me. Polnareff: *20 meters away* oi is that your friend? Bucciarati: YEAH LMAO
I wish I had a friend who loves this show as much as I do to comfort me. I feel like my friend or family member just died. Depressed will be my mood for a while
Dio: Rejects his humanity; kills Kakiyoin in the blink of an eye; throws an entire steamroller on a man. Kars: Comes out of the wall as the master of the man who killed an entire room of soldiers; becomes the ultimate life form and conquers the sun. Kira: Manages to escape and hide himself after almost getting caught/killed by the Morioh cho gang; kills a couple to let out some steam; nearly kills all of his pursuers. Diavolo: Imma take of my sweater.
Queen back at it again, getting emotionally destroyed by JoJos. I still haven’t cried as hard as when Cesar died... Narancias was hard to watch, he was the purest one out of the group who just wanted to be loved and accepted. at least he met and joined Bucciarati (misspelled) so he could actually feel those feelings.
It's jarring to think that La Squadra never managed to kill any of the passione; Diavolo and Giorno was the ones who killed 4 out of the 7 Passione members.
When part 5 was at like 4 episodes in (while it was airing) I knew every character that would die (pepople kept spoiling it for me) but to me seeing Narancia go was hard. I loved everything about him except shooting Risotto (it was a purposeful accident).
Diavolos powers goes great with his name. He can skip the cause but leave the effect. Pretty easy to never get caught when you can skip time to where someone can’t see you. The greatest trick the devil ever pulls is making people believe he never existed in the first place.
Polneraff to Dio: When I get up these stairs I'ma beat your ass! Polneraff to Diavolo: You stay the fuck down those steps or I swear I'll YEET myself down!
if you finished with jojo you could read the manga, or read purple haze feedback witch is a story of what happened to Fugo after part 5, there are also some Rohan Kishibe specials...
Also, my hate for Dio is immense. My hate for Diavolo is even more than that because he literally caused all of the problems from Parts 3, 4 and 5. He found the arrows and sold them, giving both Dio and Kira their powers. But *nothing* they do will ever make me hate them as much as the villain of Part 6. You'll need to keep tissues around for Part 6, especially near the end. It's the hardest of all of them. Nothing in this story will have hit you harder up until then. I said it before, and I will say it again. *The book is never wrong.*
Honestly, as a villain I find Diavolo interesting. He only becomes more and more hateable as time goes on, wich is saying something considering the first thing you see of him is him trying to kill his daugther. But you also see him in situations where he's at a disadvantage pretty often, even though he has one of the most overpowered stands so far. Also something about the way he kill the crew feels so cruel and makes it feel really personal
The Polnareff death episode made me actually mad. I was super pissed off. They bring back one of the best characters of one of the best parts to kill him before anyone even meets him and then they have him lose Silver Chariot, one of the best Stands in the series. I was so pissed off
You know what's fucked up? Not only did Narancia die, but that turtle got straight up evicted out of it's body, and by extention, life for some reason.

Edit : okay u didnt also dont skip opening at episode 38 (i think)
Dio: Rejects his humanity; kills Kakiyoin in the blink of an eye; throws an entire steamroller on a man.
Kars: Comes out of the wall as the master of the man who killed an entire room of soldiers; becomes the ultimate life form and conquers the sun.
Kira: Manages to escape and hide himself after almost getting caught/killed by the Morioh cho gang; kills a couple to let out some steam; nearly kills all of his pursuers.
Diavolo: Imma take of my sweater.
13:16 "hey bossu"
HAHAHA pink guy reference nice
Look how he massacred our boy...
If you ever seen Freaky Friday, you know the concept of the Requiem's power.
It's jarring to think that La Squadra never managed to kill any of the passione; Diavolo and Giorno was the ones who killed 4 out of the 7 Passione members.
"Who saw that comin- I mean who saw where that came from!?" ~Black Dynamite
Chariot Requiem has a passive which can switch souls and make there stands hit there stand user
R.I.P Narancia. The Lil Bomber we hold in our hearts.
I'll say it, "AcTUaLLy iT's AeROSmiTh"
When you think that entire part 5 happened in like a week 😲
When part 5 was at like 4 episodes in (while it was airing) I knew every character that would die (pepople kept spoiling it for me) but to me seeing Narancia go was hard. I loved everything about him except shooting Risotto (it was a purposeful accident).
Diavolos powers goes great with his name. He can skip the cause but leave the effect. Pretty easy to never get caught when you can skip time to where someone can’t see you. The greatest trick the devil ever pulls is making people believe he never existed in the first place.
3:08
Therapist: Part 5 flashback Jotaro doesn’t exist, he can’t hurt you.
Part 5 flashback Jotaro:
I think Diavolo is one of the cases when it becomes super obvious that Araki is into the fashion world
Just a reminder that killer queen is a requiem
Polneraff to Dio: When I get up these stairs I'ma beat your ass!
Polneraff to Diavolo: You stay the fuck down those steps or I swear I'll YEET myself down!
Diavolo is a devil for killing best girl
We all had the same reaction to narancia’s death... it hurt... it was the FIRST time I have EVER cried to an anime
if you finished with jojo you could read the manga, or read purple haze feedback witch is a story of what happened to Fugo after part 5, there are also some Rohan Kishibe specials...
I love how she didn't react to Narancias death and just let the tears do the talking
18:50 Jean Pierre was always afraid of toilets
Also, my hate for Dio is immense. My hate for Diavolo is even more than that because he literally caused all of the problems from Parts 3, 4 and 5. He found the arrows and sold them, giving both Dio and Kira their powers.
But *nothing* they do will ever make me hate them as much as the villain of Part 6.
You'll need to keep tissues around for Part 6, especially near the end. It's the hardest of all of them. Nothing in this story will have hit you harder up until then.
I said it before, and I will say it again.
*The book is never wrong.*
This is your periodic reminder that Narrancia died thinking Giorno blew Mista on a bench
theres a theory saying that chariot requiem is walking to give jotaro the arrow
Honestly, as a villain I find Diavolo interesting. He only becomes more and more hateable as time goes on, wich is saying something considering the first thing you see of him is him trying to kill his daugther. But you also see him in situations where he's at a disadvantage pretty often, even though he has one of the most overpowered stands so far.
Also something about the way he kill the crew feels so cruel and makes it feel really personal
This and FF really got my tears out
The Polnareff death episode made me actually mad.
1:25
Doppio about to hit Bruno with a fat B O I
1:43
Also let's not forget that in his mind he just called his boss, the boss of the mafia, a dumbass. I just find that funny
Wait I think narancia's shadow ( plane shaped) after his death flew to where abacchio died so he wouldn't be alone 🥺
Blaze you should do a part overview/Review after your done just talking about the part
Polnareff once looked UP the stairs at DIO, which means God.
Now he's looking DOWN the stairs at Diavolo, meaning Devil.
God, golden wind does death so powerfully. Abba and naranchia go way to fast and Bruno is left to suffer in his dead body
I actually love watching your reactions!
I feel you on Narancia's death. I had to stop the whole episode to compose myself.
Rest in piece , king
