Bro you can fit more than two vehicle in gta vc Just make sure that your third car is touching the gate . Then get out the door will open ... Get inside immediately (the car ) the gate won't close that fast ... Rush your car inside

I think gta 4 garage can fix the car by just park the car at the yellow line ,move away from there and go back.

In GTA4 when you put the car in the garage and go to work SAVE GAME and return to the garage you will notice that the car has been repaired.
Gta 5 garages do repair in story mode but you have to leave the area
