oooof. crims for the most part are boring in 4.0. too grindy but to follow that up with i have fun rp as a cop is just too wild to say hahaha only thing harder to watch than crim in 4.0 is cop. the few enjoyable ones are enjoyable in any role and not just cop like carmine, esfand when he is in a good mood, conan, etc. mcnulty used to be ok not so much now
