If you are interested in a blue black I would recommend ion blue black permanent it turned out very nice. It gave an amazing shine and it was my favorite black shade. Or the splat midnight blue color for dark hair it stains your scalp so bad but it actually tints the hair blue if you do it correctly (shampoo w/o conditioner your hair should be black already but like a faded black where it’s brown In the light). I used to be a blue black goddess just my suggestions. Love these genuine hair dying videos where you apply the product and show the honest results, and bonus it is products I have access too!
Same thing happened to my dark roots. The rest of my hair was bleached blonde though, and the color faded FAST. The good thing about this blue hair dye is that it didn’t fade to green like a lot of blues do.
Next time do a color remover first. Argon oil at sallys is a good one. You need to get that top layer of your old color off. You could also do a bleach bath following the color remover. Then you'll have a more vibrate color and the ends won't be so dark
I just did this for my daughter. We left it in for 30 mins and we can't really see it. We also did the SPLAT Lavender in the front. THAT turned out great!! Next time, I'll buy the SPLAT brand dye. That stud even died her dark browns.
If you can see you got a metalic black and brown hair it's like a rainbow with sparkling but you sure got what it's on the box for sure you did got a 10 for sure that tint didn't lie got2b it did work exactly on the back of the box it would work if you would it use 2 instead of 1 but u did good. Blessing 🙏
the developer is in the applicator contained in which you added the color cream. remember adding a color lighter than your dark hair color you must lift the hair first. this means striping your natural color using a blue or white developer to lighten the dark hair. once this is complete, you then can apply the color to your hair. watch youtube lifting dark color to apply light color.
Good morning happy Saturday morning and I just wanted to say that your vlogs is sooo good and you are sweetheart because you are amazing Supporter I'm proud of you
Great video! :) I dyed my hair with that exact same brand and color on my birthday two weeks ago! Because my hair is naturally a medium-dark brown, it came out looking blackish-blue in a lot of lighting conditions, (The blue is still very well visible in bright enough lighting.) But I'm still quite satisfied with the result. From what I'm seeing so far, it (fortunately) hasn't really faded. (At least noticeably) :D
The back of the box now says for dark shade hair you wont get any results from this colour. I think they have had to update the packaging. We use this but on bleached first and it fomes out vibrant as its so annoying when you want the colour but your natural shade isnt playing ball.
Sorry the dye didn't work out. But I really like the makeup look you had in the beginning of the video. Could you do a video on that makeup look you had on? Ttyl. God bless 🙌 🙏
Your hair is beautiful and a little blue tint would really make it 😍 more beautiful too...looks a good product though thanks for trying it out....maybe it will work some day
Yesssssss I put the vaseline on the edges too so I don’t paint my face lol. I can see the change happening and yup do the hair cap too. I see blue while ur sitting there. I think it might have bleach or something then.
If it is okay to talk to you and to let you know something. You did not shake that bottle up enough. You have to shake that stuff up for 3 minutes. That could be why it didn't take. I've been using this product for years. Always good luck.
thank you so much! you remind me of mybestrriend Robyn when she was trying to teach me to dye my hair in highscool- made me smile at the memorys 🌻 i am only 20 minutes in to my wait time for #graphiteblue so i will keep you posted on the result- in 30 minutes! (im goin for the 40 minute mark! 🧝♀️💕✌🏽)
Dying hair?!?!? No, let your hair live!!! 😁😁😁 Have to wonder if the petroleum jelly (you used Vaseline) had any effect on the dyeing process. It's a great tip, to use petroleum jelly, it may help avoid getting the scalp sunburned. But would try the product one more time undiluted. At worst, we get the same results, but maybe there will be blue highlights the second try. What happens if you change the water temperature, making it colder or hotter? Will make a point to ask my bartender next week, she had some success with blue.......

You can also kind of see it decently in my pf picture that I snapped only a couple of days after dyeing it. :)
Same happened to mine too....I'm kinda upset with it since the box shows it will be more blue and it's black
@@janicedolci6036 Yeah next time, I'm thinking about bleaching my hair first and get more of a icy blue color or something along those lines! :)

I did the same. I bleached my hair first. And after that I used blue mercury. But my hair turned to black again 😭

Thank you so much friend 💗 🙏
@@spanglish247 you're welcome. 😊
so, is one bottle enough for your length of hair already? because I have fairly short hair and I'm afraid the leftover will be wasted if I used it
Just dyed mine and it turned out exactly like yours! My hair color was light brown to begin with n my roots came out even lighter like wtf!

That's a beautiful color
You would have to bleach your hair to get blue or purple hair.
I will try it next time thank you 😊 God bless you always...🙏

You need to bleach your hair for it to work
It only works for blondes and bleached hair

I bleached my hair and now I’m dying it this colors u got me scared that it’s not gonna turn blue
Also my hair is now gingerish brown color

It didn't work on me
Your hair doesn’t look blue at all
Yea true
@@_That_Girl_Mia_ I tried this product, all I had was a very little blue highlights. Recently I colored my hair golden.
The blue isn't even in my hair
Bleach, then dye
Leave in longer
I will keep that on mind thank you so for watching God bless you always. 🙏
Cool but I didn't work for your hair
The go 2b M67 blue mercury did not work for black hair👎 😔
@@spanglish247 All the other reviews I’ve seen it doesn’t work on any color.
