Received my Marquise from HSN yesterday along with a bunch of Diamond Press extra stamps and dies. Spent the day playing with my new machine and dies, had loads of fun.

Just bought the Empress Mini but I had a small Diamond Press and I worked it to death. I loved it! Thinking I would really like the big one. One folder is all you need. Not like the various plates you need for the other die cutting machines. Thank for all the tutorials. Enter me please.

Hi, Vianney! I love watching your videos! I received my Diamond Press today from HSN and I’m so excited to start playing with it. Do you know if you can use the Park Lane embossing folders and dies sold at Joann’s?
So, any thin metal dies from any company will work. They are all interchangeable. As far as embossing folders, maybe...they have to be regular embossing folders. So, no 3D type folders. I hope that info helps!
I just ordered a load of accessory goodies from HSN for the Marquise and will order the bundle late Monday night/early Tuesday when Beth Kingston demo's the bundle. Yes, I paid for shipping because I know from experience how FAST Diamond Press items go on HSN. Blink and it's gone! It takes forever to restock the items if they do at all..

I bought the folder refills for the diamond press, and like you said they give you new ones with every set you buy, but I keep using my first 2 folders and they are just as bad if not worse than yours, lol. I later as I upgraded the machine get another one & I am using the two folders I started out with that Diamond Press machine as well. They really last a long time & work fine! Those 4 can still work! Hi Vianney, I just tried my Marquise with an embossing folder and both regular cardstock and a thicker cardstock and the paper gets curled/warped?? I am not happy with that! Any suggestions? You didn't seem to have that problem.

My folder got so bent after 10 times. It bent my die. I have gone through 3 and they are so bent that I can't cut some of my dies (Christmas apron) because it doesn't lay flat enough. I love the machine but not the bent dies!
