To answer video question (as you all should): I did NOT perceive them to be married; I thought it was a huge joke to even mention the word 'married', as they never seemed married.... sometimes it seemed like they weren't really together as boyfriend and girlfriend, as she treated him badly. You could say she adapted him but he didn't adapt so adapter wanted to adopt his bank account but hopefully Judge Barry Monkeys (or whatever his name is) will deny this and probably arrest adapter (twice, or three times if she does an escape, which is unlikely as it would need a big run away from people for a long distance and hide in ˢᵐᵃˡˡ locations which wouldn't adapt to her bodily presence due to heft).

I live in Montreal (Felix's hometown) and I've met both of them last year. One of the first things I usually do is check if a couple have rings on their 4th finger and did not notice one. I will also add that they did not act like a married couple around each other.

Nope, never percieved them as married. When the documents for the "divorce" leaked, I was genuinely shocked, but then I learned it was an alleged (by Adept) common law marriage. Before this discourse was started by the documents leaked, I have never seen anyone refer to them as a husband/wife or having though of their dynamic as such.

Hmm it's really interesting. Another great edited video and some of these old clips here I've never seen before and provide great context + dates of when he said those things. For that reason I would say that there is no way I can see him actually being in a genuine marriage with her, but it is possible that they were perceived in some instances like a joint couple, but some bf and gf are like this and it is not the same as an official marriage. The fact there were times where he moved out and lived on his own without her being there at all makes it clear to me that things weren't that strong for there to be a marriage. The key thing to the case though is whether it happened in Texas specifically. The rest not so much perhaps technically relevant.

No they were never married. When she flew to Canada during the pandemic using common-law partnership, it was obviously not the same thing as common-law marriage in Texas. In Quebec, common-law partnership isn't even recognised as marriage, so I can 100% understand why X would be okay for her to come to Canada under the pretense of common-law partnership because it could never be used against him to create a divorce.

I have watched xqc since early 2017 pretty much from the very start. I knew that him and her weren't "roommates" as long as they put on the act, but the thought of them being married never crossed my mind, I refuse to believe they were ever married. Fr though, no one ever thought they were married. It's only coming into question now, because the whale can't support her humongous weight without x's crane. I've been watching the henry resilient guy's streams on the case files and x's lawyer is saying the same things, they were not presenting as married at all, so even if they were on paper, it doesn't mater, as there's many previous cases ruling that you need to present to the public as married to go through with a divorce. He's chilling! Unless x does something pepega but he's been quiet about it like a good boy :)

She seemed more like an employee with benefits. Def not a wife. Common law marriage was really made to protect a person if they sacrifice their career to lets say help someone through college by like paying all the bills while the other is in school or staying at home with a kid while the other is paying bill but furthering their career. Once that person leaves the other they now have no career since they helped the other person build theirs. Also other factors but that is why it is there. she is going to have a hard time proving she sacrificed her career unless they had some sort of deal.
