It was and wasn't. They didn't like that gamba content was owning on twitch so they made this moral plea and "mostly minor audience" bs to get it off the site. When that didn't work and twitch only banned crypto gambling and limited the size of bets they switched to only crypto gambling bad. Now that kick is handing out bags they can't go back on the moral grandstanding without being huge hypocrites so they are just trying to shame those that are getting the bags. MuKitty should make a video about how all the points they make about Stake/Kick applies to Twitch. Some even worse, so based on their morals and ethics they shouldn’t be on Twitch either. Twitch’s gambling isn’t regulated everywhere, not even entirely in America. Channel Points are also banned in certain countries because it uses the same predatory strat for subs that gambling corps use with giving people something for “free” to get them hooked. Linking your Twitch account for rewards on PokerStars was a thing. Every idea Stake has implemented was taken straight from Twitch’s playbook.
