Thanks for your in-depth video! I inadvertently left my lights on and my Mini Cooper battery was totally dead but I had originally purchased the NC101 which did not have the 7 stage repair function (not 10A either) and I was worried that I would need to go to the "Stealer" and either get a new battery there or get one programmed since everything about a BMW is more costly! Anyway, after seeing this video I ordered the NC201 off of Amazon and followed your instructions (I did remove the negative terminal since it was triggering a solenoid switch somewhere?) and I got up the next morning and it said "FUL" and after reconnecting the negative terminal my car started right up! My ECU seems ok also and all I need to do is set my clock. Thanks again!

Thank you!! Your video has been a great help. I bought the exact same model you have showed. I have 2 batteries both about 3 yrs old. But my pulse charger doesn't work at all. I don't know why. I don't get it to show PUL or dFS or any indication that it's working. It just shows voltage and temperature and capacity.
After watching your video I now know what a good pulse charger looks like. I live in New Zealand. I bought it from Amazon in USA. Sending it back isn't easy. Maybe I should try more different batteries.
But thanks for your very good video!!
    Erich from New Zealand

    Hi friends,
A short while ago I reported my brand new pulse charger wasn't working at all. Well, I'm delighted and embarrassed to report I have solved my problem.
The problem was a loose wire in the power supply cable!! So I fixed it and ten minutes later everything is working perfectly! Erich from New Zealand ☺️

Are you supposed to leave it on repair mode to maintain the battery or another setting?

Charge the battery at the proper setting. Once its charged it will say its full. if you leave it after that it will automatically maintain your battery if you leave it plugged in.

    NC201 vs NC201 PRO...what's the difference? They're both 10-Amp.

I believe the NC201 is the same as NC201 Pro. I believe the NC201 is the part number.

@@mogyver69 I think you're right. I believe I read somewhere that initially there was a distinction (the non-pro couldn't do trickle, or something like that), but I suppose the chip to make them the same were equivalent in cost (or cheaper to mass produce the superior one) and now they function the same. I bought the Pro one, though and although I charged to 100% the (new) battery keeps dying, so I'm fighting right now to get a replacement...they are refusing. Cheers.

I just got that same charger but in Red, and it says in the manuel to leave the charger on after it says full for 2 hours. I think that is dumb instructions
