5-6 Eggs
1 tbsp All purpose Flour (optional)
Manchego cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley (optional)
Season with Salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Sweet Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder

My latest favorite omelette is a cheeseburger omelette. Ground beef, quarter cup chopped onion, garlic powder, 3 eggs, cheese of your liking and secret ingredient, banana peppers ! Brown beef and drain grease. Mix eggs, onion, garlic powder and banana peppers and pour on ground beef. Add cheese when omelette is done. Not sure your adorable little ones will like it but I’m sure your husband would! Enjoy ! Keep the videos coming 😊

It's a cleaver and you can get them from chinese supermarkets and probably amazon etc. They are brilliant, look a bit intimidating but easy to use and we use ours for everything.

I love your uses for cabbage! Good ideas I love cabbage cooked like that in different things and different ways. Sometimes I put it inside my meatloaf or layer it like you do. I wonder if you could substitute the second recipe instead of using the tablespoon of flour use almond flour, have you ever tried that?

Hi Shopie, what music are you using in the background? I find it very pleasant for cooking your recipes. I am always looking for new recipes and I love watching your channel.
Need to buy one of those knives. I always share my meals with nature, especially the Australian magpies and the pair of ravens that live at the bottom of my garden. Plan to create a meal with chicken drumettes, assorted vegetables and mushrooms in a slow-cooker, my preferred method and so freeze portions for later consumption. It's also handy when I've nothing to feed the birds with a frozen block of food. It's icy done here in S.E. Australia so the block takes awhile to thaw. Will try your first recipe when I get the ingredients. It's almost 60 years since I last lived in then W. Germany. Stay well and safe.

I need to do more with cabbage than just sauerkraut. Tomorrow is the 4th of July in the States so have the grill out and I need to make some sides. 4th of July is a cool time to have a holiday! It’s crazy how many times of been asked if we have fireworks on the 4th of July in Germany… or even better if we have turkey or ham on Thanksgiving. Gotta love Americans
