The SQF Code includes many mandatory training components for employees at all levels. Refresher training is also a required component of your food safety management system. This video, presented by Cathy Crawford (a former SQF Auditor and current SQF Trainer) provides an overview of over 15 topics. The topics include: why SQF certification is important, HACCP, general hygiene, pest control, allergen awareness, food defense, and more. It's a great way to keep employees informed and prepare for your annual internal or third-party audit.
