    At 3:40 the a+b value should be (2.54x10^-2)/N, so please correct it.

      You you watch 5-10 sec more you will get to know that my formula gives answer in centimeter and yours just give answer in metre. Both are correct infact.

    What is the line per inch of grating? Please

      By definitions it is the no of slits available per inch. Its value is different for different gratings. Usually for the one shown in this the value is 15000 lines per inch.
