How about canvassing a broad spectrum of people in and out of the industry to bring about more balanced rules for trades, free agency movement etc. It is so imbalanced at the moment that clubs are paying well overs for players that sit in the best 16 to keep them and clubs extracting free agents for nothing are paying way overs. AFLPA has been a big cause of this mess. AFL is not soccer when it evolves to constant one sided mismatches the fans will leave in droves.

He did an amazing job for a fill in picking up 2 times all Australian squad in that position and not to mention another B & F!! to go with 2 times Runner up in the midfield. They moved him back to half back last year and said that's where he's going....... Remember he's a 2 times all Australian at half back and 2 times B & F in that position. We NEED to keep some of the older players in the team for balance and game smarts.
