Vial of Protection(s) and either ignore or kill the adds/bugs. It's sort of dumb, but if you know where the chests locations are then you have enough time to kill them and they won't respawn prior to opening the chest.
Use the Vidal of Protection from your inventory before putting on the blindfold. It will give you about 40 seconds of being invisible and those things won't attack you. You can use it in the Kytinn Hive as well and the spiders will leave you alone. 🙌

I found 1 where the traps are at 15:53 and before watching this video i had opened quite a good amount but everything in this video was almost new chests to me so the ones i found before must be either 1 or 2 things. Either the game DC from the servers and didn’t save my prior finds or there are a lot more than on here needing added. The most i have seen though is only 4 in a comment in total. Maybe they added more with KP characters being added for Kollector trades.
