It's just E and B7 but he uses different positions, inversions and fills. Tab likes the A shape chord with the third in the bass all the way up the neck, I see him playing a 7th fret E shape B here too but only the top 5 strings, no B bass. He's a great major blues player and has plenty of cool stuff to learn from. Check New Orleans ladies, I got loaded and These arms of mine.

I totally agree this is the best version, but i don't think Hank done it this way....
