Amazing song and amazing lyrics, as you said it makes you wonder about every detail ❤️ in my opinion, I think the ache in the jaw is related with something more s*x ual iykyk and the tongue in the nostril could be about licking a nostril piercing during the act. The lyrics in general is long way sexy so it makes sense to me.
