because German car manufacturers are only focused on producing efficient cars despite being quite unreliable. So it means you don't have to equip your car with bigger engines. Why? Because bigger engines means more fuel consumption and quite harder to fix especially when components are complicated. So in order to make your car faster despite being equipped with smaller engine, well you can rise up your horsepower so you can drive faster while being maintaining fuel consumption at such an efficient level

VAG speedometers are at least 6% ahead of the actual speed - that means: 240 Audi kmh is just 225 real kmh. Speedos on UA-cam are not comparable
