I have huge respect for Noah Williams and Tom Daley for this achievement. You have to consider about how many people actually go to compete in five seperate Olympic Games. That is true dedication!
That noise you are hearing, Tom and Noah, is the sound of my clapping hands, all the way from central Saskatchewan, Canada! Well Done, even if you outscored the Canadian pair who finished third! I also applaud then!!!!
Tom is 30…and always sounds so grounded. Congratulations to you both as you have had to match each other …and have proven that you’re at the top of the diving world. 🐑🐑🐑🇳🇿NZ
Congratulations Tom and Noah! So proud of you!! Tom, I’d absolutely love to see you continue to dive, so never say never, but you do what’s best for you, Lance, Robbie, and Phoenix. You’ve worked so hard and I loved your shoutout to Lance for stepping up with the kids again while you did this one more time. It’s not easy, but the 2 of you are so supportive of each other and it’s beautiful to see. We’re so proud to have you living in America now, seemingly supporting Lance right back…. His turn now? Sounds about right. ♥️
I'm so happy for Tom and so wildly impressed with Noah, to be able to do that with so little time and along with someone who everyone expects so much of, the pressure must have been crazy!
Daley lives in LA? I thought he lived in London? (having moved there from some other faraway place in England) Does his British diving coach live in LA as well? Where did they train together?
@@lindaweight6176 I thought his husband was a stay at home dad, because Daley makes multi millions from endorsements. Hence his husband lived in London when they moved from wherever they moved in England to London before the-Mike Tokyo Olympics. But regardless, how did he practice with his diving partner? Did Tom Daley’s coach come to LA and the other driver?
Tom is from Plymouth, a large city on Englands southern coast. He moved to London and his now husband Lance moved in with him. They both moved to LA with their 1st son in 2022 and in 2023 their 2nd son was born. When Tom decided to give it another shot at the Olympics, he started training in LA working with his trainer Jane via the Internet and sometimes he flew over to London to work with her in person. Before the Olympics Noah stayed with the Black-Daleys for a month to train together with Tom and after that Tom and Noah went back to England for a month to continue training together with Jane present. I‘m not sure whether Tom is making millions from endorsements but he has been working consistently on various successful projects besides diving since he was a teenager. His husband himself is hugely successful but, luckily for Tom, can do a lot of his work from home. That’s how they organized their lives around the preparation for the games.
I always wonder how this interviewers get hired. It's always the same old lazy questions, "How does it feel?", "How does it feel?", "How does it feel?".

*Daley
Tom's husband is American so they moved to LA from London for his job.

@@chrissomerville2625 thanks for the correction. but when I dictate my posts, it spelled Daley, the wrong way.

What would you ask instead?
and now Tom got retired from diving :(
From gold to silver... 🤔🤔🤔
We feel the disappointment in Tom
What happened to Daley’s voice ? Each interview his voice goes higher. Is it hormone therapy ?
Oh my...they could not be "gay-er"... Yikes!
Why Yikes? Are you homophobic?
What is wrong with you?
