Furniture (5 Years)- 120000 after 2 years of probabation period
Holiday Homes, PL Encashment of 5 days annually, Leave Fare Concession etc.

Some correction Medical allowance is now 50% of last year basic pay and as per 8th JN minimum basic pay is 36k which comes out to be 18k.. (Upto 15k is non taxable).. Secondly medical health check up facility is available for persons aged more than 35... Third you have not taken the Furniture or SFF allowances which is 1.75 lakhs highest in the industry.. Fourth Postpaid is not available for probabtioner... Fifth you won't get conveyance allowance during your On the job training

PNB me phele entertainment allowance nhi milta tha aur other allowance bhi kaam tha woh toh obc aur ubi merger hone ke bad best of three policy le nhi toh phele clerical ko toh petrol aur entertainment allowance bhi nahi milta tha

Charging rs. 10 to 15 for each imps/neft. Charging rs. 15 to 25 for each atm withdrawal. Charging monthly Rs. 15 to 30 for sms service. They put this charge on common public to recover their lose in banking sector.

Lot of public have opened account before 5 or 10yrs . Pnb started to put heavy charges from last 2 years. Now public are smart.
Sms charges - 17.5 rs for every 3 month, 3 atm withdrawal free then after 24 rs each transaction, and these neft charges 5-7 for neft and 23rs for rtgs more than 2 lack rs....and this is same in almost every PSB....Thora knowledge bdhaiye or ni malum to kisi banker se puchhiye. @@BankerCouple Sir ab 12 bps November me due hai vo implement hoga to PO ka basic pay 48k-50k ho sakata hai aaisa assumption lagaya ja raha hai UA-cam par bahot logo ke dwara .to agar itana basic ho gaya and settlement 2024 tak impliment ho gaya to jis din impliment hoga to usi samay jo DA chal raha hoga vo milega, abhi 33% hai tab tak 45-48% ho jayega . Ya fir zero se start hoga DA settlement huya isliye...

IDBI PO salary is equal to SBI PO. And annual CTC is maximum amongst all government banks. IDBI pays huge. 15k is petrol allowance only in metro city.
