No, there is a Central Library 24X7 open with more than 20 lakh books. Every hostel is equipped with a fully ac reading room though! I hope it helps :) ✌🏼

Approx from 8/9 am to 4 pmin evening. Everyday is different though. Menu tech, cultural, innovative clubs etc. Initially you can be in more than 1 clubs but later one doesn't get time to attend both with ongoing studies. Thus, he usually leaves the lower priority club. So your answer is both Yss and No
