Schools in general. In an ivy league school my friend teaches at, this crap is not only rammed down the students throats but also forced upon the teachers as required training.

I'm a black man and Charlie is 100% correct. Before 1969, we had a marriage rate of 80-90%. The only part that requires context is the reason WHY black men began walking away from black women. Why? Because of the induction of feminism and the establishment of welfare. The government told black women that their child's father couldn't be in the home otherwise their government assistance would stop. Black women chose money over their men. THAT is what began the destruction of the black nuclear family. Black men didn't just wake up one day and say "I have a great woman and a family at home. Now seems like a great time to screw it up." Black women choose pride, money and careers over family.

The countries were growing thanks to a trade, not some slaves. Slaves weren't the only one who had to work hard while poor whites has been hanged or catched to army and navy. Irish and Italians were persecuted as catholic imigrants and similar Poles weren't even recognized as fully white people so where's their privilege?
My family migrated here after the civil war. We also had nothing to our names. They're just farmers. Aside from that, most slave owners in the 1800s were farmers, I don't think a single slave "owner" today is where he is now because of slaves. Not Google, not McDonald's, not Walmart, not Apple, none of them.

Basically, yes. There is an ideology he subscribes to, but like most leftists, their views are never challenged, or formed from critical thought. He literally just BELIEVES that CRT is "the right way", and unashamedly admits he has never studied any aspect of it.
It's not just college kids though. I know a slew of 30 and 40+ year olds that have delivered, without deviation, the exact same line of "CRT is just teaching history!". The stupidity doesn't discriminate, because the ideology is little more than a dogmatic religion.
It's not just infecting the US though which is scary to think about it like France just recently we all saw what happened. Very luckily there *are* breakthroughs happening, Geert in Netherlands, Meloni in Italy there was also those kids who raised the American flag up during the "protests"|riots. As a young black woman, I confirm, and my fellow black people you all know this deep down too, that our community has normalized broken families. That is one of the biggest reasons for why black people are in the mess they are in right now. I can name 10 single mothers I know personally off the top of my head right now. Much of that makes sense except for the God part. A common conservative talking point is that God / Christianity / religion / the Bible is needed and should be taught and normalized. Lack of those is blamed for immorality or the downfall of society. But other developed countries that are far more secular like Sweden, Norway, and Japan have far less violent crime per capita and are often ranked as better, happier, healthier, etc.

It's really more like stop making your kids major in economically worthless fields in the social sciences and actually major in fields that strong career prospects (technical STEM such as Engineering and CS/a form of Applied Math degree, Economics/Econ-related being the only worthwhile social science degree, and if they want to do medicine/healthcare, then Nursing or related) that would teach them a marketable skill and can avoid them from the brain rot of the politics on campus because they're too busy trying to get a high paying job out of college to care.

Currently in my sophomore year taking CJ/pre-law. I would like to say that college comes down to the individual and those that tend to jump into conversations with charlie arent the best individuals for a college environment. Most of my classes, which yes are liberal arts because they're criminal justice classes, haven't done any sort of 'indoctrination' but rather allow people to speak their ideas without any actual pushback on their ideas. College is a scam, partly, in the sense that professors and students are more scared now to have a conversation than previously. Someone will speak out on an idea such as CRT, Ukraine, Israel, abortion etc... and will be met with zero blowback on the topic because people are too scared to voice their opinions in front of a room of opposing viewpoints or simply "cant be bothered."
But despite this observation.. I will say that more and more people are starting to step out of their shell. Outside of myself having given speeches on more controversial topics, there are other students around me who have done presentations on why they think abortion is wrong or why America is not as racist as people say.
My point being is that college is a scam on an individual level. Again im going in for law, I have friends going in for stem work.. these things will help us cover our debt or a lot of us have our debt paid off and we voice our opinions to the public popular or not. Where it's really a scam is where kids like this will take some random degree such as gender studies that has no career paths, no guarantee of good pay, and no way to cover the debt theyre taking on with little to no blowback on the ideas they pick up and put out into the world. If anything the best way to change college would be to instill in peoples minds that college is not for you "hobbies" or "mild interests" its for your career; and while its important to love the work you will do one day you need to choose something that will put food on the table and a roof over your head. We also need to set the expecation that not everyone will agree with you and you need to be an adult and learn to either move on or have a respectful conversation with others.

The true cause of the civil war was the morrill tariff, which prompted the south to succeed from the union. Slavery was a scapegoat issue to justify the genocide of the south for succession Don’t believe the lie for a minute that the soldiers would lay down their lives over people who had slaves hundreds of miles from them. Also much of the land was taken from the plantation owners, many of which were killed or interned and given to the blacks.(that was the reparations). Then the evil banksters offered loans to them. Being illiterate they had no idea what they were getting into and had the land taken when they defaulted on the loan. It was the largest land grab and genocide in our history, yet the confederate flag is demonized as being racist when it actually represents resistance to tyranny. I am 25, prior to "The Pandemic" I was a default liberal. Now I am a small government, christian, conservative leaning individual who is no longer swayed by the emotional arguments. I saw the same people who were all about peace and love saying that people should be left without medical treatment or imprisoned if they don't get poked, all the while the side that was cool-headed and fact driven didn't change at all. It was then that I realised that I wasn't thinking as critically as I should have been. Far from it.

So the descendants of the few who actually had anything 4 generations later that wealth would more then likely be long gone. Also consider that a large percentage of that population are immigrants who also came here with nothing. So who exactly are these people whose families are here for 5 or 6 generations that are better or worse off because of past wrongs. Most of the people here have families that are not more than a generation or two or just came here recently. I agree that if your family has wealth you have an advantage but I doubt you will find many people who are well off today because their great great grandparents had some wealth advantage 90 plus years ago.

I’m a 19 yro. People say I’m pretty mature for my age. But I totally agree with you. I think most kids my age are just too immature and don’t have enough wisdom to have good and backed up world views. 30 should probably be the minimum age to vote.

When I was in Berkeley in 2008 during the anti-war demonstrations, there was a man who was talking to some kids and mentioned that the evidence at that point supported that Al-Queda was responsible for crashing the planes into the towers and took credit for it. The kids mocked him by saying Al-Queda the way he did in condescending tones. So, he calmly asked them, is it true, yes or no? None of the kids could even give a straight answer. When I came back, I told my Dad about it and he said a sentence I will never forget "Liberals strongly believe in things they know nothing about"

I owned a graphic design group in the 80’s and 90’s. I went to my old college (which I dropped out of in order to make money) and tried recruiting kids. To a person, they wanted to start at the top. With zero true life skills. The best employee I had came to me asking to be an intern for free. He got so good in a few months we paid him. He finished college and left years ahead of his fellow graduates and made it.

If you want people to be safe, there should be segregation. People naturally segregate anyways. White flight is real. Or do you deny the human right of freedom of association? Diversity is not a strength.
But you’re making that determination for people. There should be spaces where people can be safe, be their true selves and be in a space where they can reach their fullest potentials. That sometimes means having black only dorms. That’s what makes HBCUs so significant because it’s a place where black people were safe, express themselves fully and it’s the most concentrated faculty dedicated to seeing black people flourish. As an old guy, it is obvious that these young people have not been exposed to the mistreatment of the black community like we had in the 1960's. At one point we moved so far past that and now seem to be moving back towards it. The thing that needs to be taught is the difference between "race" and "Nationality" The color of a persons skin is not a race, it is a Nationality, we are one race... The human race, I don't have to like your Nationality but should respect that you and I are the same race.

It’s also culture that stems from values that come from nationalities. Like I’m Albanian and we have a strong family values and traditions. Also charity and our word is a big part of us. I do think there is a problem with culture with African Americans that are descendants of the slave trade because they are a people who don’t know where they came from and men impregnating women and abandoning their children is common in those communities. It’s not all them but a good amount. It’s also why the crime rate is high in their communities a lot of boys from single black mothers grow up to want to be drug dealers and criminals. Black Americans from descendants of Caribbean or African countries are doing better and have cultural values and traditions and they have both parents in their lives more often than the latter
