I dont own battery tender yet but whats the difference between the alligator terminals vs clip on terminals? The alligator clips is for when you remove the battery out from the motorcycle compartment and connect to wall outlet to charge? But the ring clip on terminals you can keep the battery inside and the lead gets attached to the other lead already built in the motorcycle backseat? Does that need to be connected to wall outlet too?
It can especially if it’s newer. I’ve saved some dead batteries this ways. If it’s older or just uncharged too long it may need a fast charger or can’t be saved.
Great video, right to the point without the mindless chatter. Thank You!
You’re welcome

You’re correct. The ring terminal is so you can leave it permanently on the bike and it does need to be connected to the wall outlet for power
Will disconnecting batt keep it good from dying
Yes it will
Sorry if being thick. How hard is it to get battery out once all unclimbed. Was a bigger on an Mt07
I wish it had a handle to pull it out but it was not hard. I don’t know the battery size of the MT07 so I can’t compare.
Thank you
You're welcome
Hey man what size wrench do i need to remove those bolts that hold the seat?
It should be a 10mm or 8mm
@@MacrossGarage much appreciated!
Appreciate it man
No problem
Can we do direct like that?
For a trickle charger yes
Will this work to recharge a battery that’s already low? My bike won’t start after sitting for a couple months.
