I spent a lot of time on it 😁 So happy to have you join the live stream. Even though it didn't go so smoothly 😅 Can't wait to see what you're gonna stitch next 💝
Enjoyed stitching with you today this pattern is looking amazing 🤩 your on a roll. You can see so much detail already can’t wait to see 1/4 of the way. Have a wonderful weekend and happy stitching 😊🧵🪡🤗🤩
This looks awesome. I have to say sewing HAEDS 1 x 1 full cross looks so good. Thats the same as I do. After watching lots of videos now you can really rell the difference beween full cross and tent stitch and I think the detail show so much better with full crosses. You really can see when one is done tent stitch in my opinion. Do you use a hoop? What size is it please?? Where is all your access fabric hanging?
Thank you Becky! You are right. Sometimes I know clearly what stitch I should do for a project before I start it. I'm glad that I chose doing full cross. 😄 Yes, I use a hoop for all the projects. It's 9.5 inches. My fabric is just hanging on my lap like a blanket.
Hi Vicki! If you have seen some stitchers start thread like: They leave thread tail on fabric about few stitches away from the starting stitch. Until it gets stitched over. My method is similar to that. It's just that I start it more closer to the starting stitch, and then stitch it over with the starting stitch. I stitch first leg of X. When I bring the needle up again for the second leg, it will stitch over that a little bit thread tail on backside. It's pretty secure at this moment. Once finish the second leg of X, it's even more secure. I will pull the thread to see if it's secure. Sometimes the thread tail doesn't get pinned because of needle's angle. This part needs a little bit practice. But it's pretty easy. I've made a video about this method. Hope it helps you understand better: ua-cam.com/video/VNs8dTXIb_U/v-deo.html

This is beautiful! I have enjoyed watching you stitch. Can you explain how you start? How do you make sure that it will hold?
