Very nicely shown recipe. This is a an interesting variation of veg Manchurian. It would be good if you mentioned the quantities, but in this recipe we can easily approximate the quantities. Ingredient
Coriander chopped 8gm
Green chili chopped 8gm
Carrot chopped 15 gm
Cabbage chopped 1 ps medium
size
Boiled potato 2 ps medium size
Onion chopped 15 gm
Chopped garlic 15gm
Ginger chopped 10 gm
Mixer
Cabbag & carrot Chopped
Coriander leaves 4 gm
Green chili chopped 4 gm
Boiled potato 2 ps medium size
veg aromat powder 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Maida 3 tbsp
Cornflour 3 tbsp
And mix well
For sauce
Oil 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1. 1/2 tbsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1.1/2 tbsp
Hot & sweet tomato sauce 3 tbsp
naagin chilli Sauce 1.1/2 tbsp
Foods red colour 1 tsp
veg aromat powder 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Fresh coriander to garnish
