Do you know how happy it made me to see your NYX finishing powder positively falling apart?! First, it makes me BELIEVE you when you say you like it, but it also makes me happy to see you not be wasteful. With brands sending you stuff all the time, I'm sure you easily could've chucked this and gotten something else, so it just made my heart smile to see that (plus, it made you more of a "normal person"--it's so easy to put you on a pedestal, that was a nice bonus!). :)
Please do a part II. I am very impressed by the quality and design improvements in drugstore makeup. The shade range and texture and colour payoff has expanded dramatically. I also appreciate the “drugstore” skincare evolution. The unscented skincare options and the science based formulas have come a long way. I also am also okay with sticking with the Best Before standards when I’m not dealing with the sticker shock.
One of my absolute favorite lipstick formulas is the Revlon Super Lustrous lipsticks in the black bullet. It’s comfortable, doesn’t smear or clump, lasts a long time, and when it does wear off it wears off gracefully, no weird bare patch in the middle of your lips. And it comes in tons of colors!
Ive been using the Milani Eye Primer recently because ive heard its really good. So far im loving it 😊 My Holy Grail was Urban Decay's Potion but its simply toooo expensive for me now. No way in hell im paying $27 for it Also, i just bought your brushes 😁 im so excited cant wait! Thanks for the sale✨️
I’ve been using the milani eyeshadow primer for years love it I have oily lids so it works so well! I switched from the UD shadow primer because that started getting expensive for me
The Milani liquid blushes are great. They don’t add weird texture or dryness on my 40 year old skin. I can get them to go on evenly, not patchy, as long as I don’t overwork it.
I would love to see your favorite drugstore products, regardless of the brand. I like that you tried to show a variety of brands, but that also tells me that you might have skipped over a product you really like because it was from a brand you already used.
It's always nice to know about high performing affordable/drugstore products, especially often replaced products like mascara, concealer & brow pens. I tried 2 or 3 highend brow pens & didn't like them until I tried the one by Nyx. It is now a staple product for me. I keep a small magnifier in my vanity because I absolutely cannot read the tiny print on labels. It really helps when looking for the shade name/number on drugstore makeup, especially concealer & lipgloss.
That Revlon colorstay has been a holy grail for me for many years. I reverted to that after using Mac and other high-end makeup for years. It's a perfect match for me and I used the shade caramel, I have oily combo skin and live in the tropics where it's hot and humid. The only issue I had with this is they changed the formula around 2019 and I had difficulty finding my exact match.
I would love a part 2. With the cost of everything going up I am hunting for the best, affordable products. Also, I trust your reviews... Thank you for working hard for us. I appreciate you.
Yay! I always really disliked the term “good for the price”. I’d rather use nothing than something that’s good only because of its low price. I buy a lot of Elf because while of course they have some “clunkers” when one of their products is good, it’s just good, not because it is low priced.
Great video Angie. I started in the makuep using mostly high end makeup but nowadays I’m so excited to get my hands on great quality affordable items. Colourpop, essence, Catrice and Nyx have my ❤. I would love to see you using the True skin foundation from Catrice, it’s absolutely stunning finish, even if we don’t want to say this expression we must do it: “a looot better than a loooot of high end foundations”, that been said, bc it’s insane to pay more than 50 USD for a makeup item in this economy, even morenwith such gems like Catrice for less than 10 USD.
I love seeing the drugstore recommendations. Aside from indie eyeshadow, I’m a strict drugstore girlie so it’s great to see one of my favorite creators showing things I can, would, and DO use!
Having used the Urban Decay Primer Potion and the Milani Eye Primer, i find Milani to be what i would call a dupe for the UD. I LOVE the Milani eye primer, it's all i ever use for eyeshadows. And one tube lasts sooooo long!
Love this video and definitely 'yes' to part 2! My favorite drugstore discovery right now is Wet n Wild Impossible primer (one in the pink tube). It controls my oily t-zone and helps foundation and concealer stay on that area like nothing else! And you are making me want to reconsider Revolution makeup - their face products seem really good.
Beautiful look, and thank you for the tips on how to apply. I was swiping,it was a mess. I definitely would love to see a part 2. Hope you have a great day! ❤😊
Blue looks beautiful on you. I could never wear blue, I don't know if it's me or I just never could get it right but it looks so pretty on you. Love your videos. I've learned a lot by watching you.
Hi Angi! I would love to see another gorgeous look created with affordable drugstore makeup ❤! I have been wondering if you have ever tried any Rimmel products from the drugstore? I'm using a setting spray I purchased recently, and I think it's really good. And now I am off to finally be able to purchase a set of Singe brushes from you!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 See you soon Gorgeous!
Angie, you NEED to try Moira beauty. They are affordable and so, so great. Lip glosses/oils/sticks (baby pink container), powder/cream blushes, highlighters and liquid/powder shadows are all fantastic. And they’re having a 7/4 sale! I haven’t tried a bad product yet.
I love the Colourpop powder bronzer in the shade private party! I also love the nyx hydratouch oil primer 😊 I’m going to try the Milani eyeshadow primer next time I buy eyeshadow primer
I wish I could pull of blue eyeshadow like you!! When I do it I feel stuck in the 80s lol however purple has been working out for me and greens now some! Great video Angie!!
My drug store favourites are: Covergirl clean fresh skin milk nourishing foundation (excellent for very dry skin, wouldnt reccomend it to anyone else though. And the shade range is a bit limited unfortunately, but the palest shade is going to work for people who are uncommonly light) Elf hydrating camo concealer L'oreal air volume waterproof Uoma by Sharon C lip tint + oil + gloss (a really unique formula. Goes on looking like liquid lip with a gloss on top and as it fades it leaves a tint) Elf putty blush Hard Candy's quads are nice Revlons lipsticks are also a classic that, for good reason, have stood the test of time. Black cherry is a favourite of mine.
Great video Angie! Part 2 yes please! My fave drugstore Wet N Wild Photo Focus Foundation, Milani Fruit Fetish lip oils, NYX Fill & Fluff brow, and for hair L’Oréal Magic Root Cover Up and Aussie Mega hair spray
I've looked forward to getting drugstore makeup recommendations from you ever since you announced that your moving to the states. Especially since joining the 30 something club. I would love a part 2!
If you sae my collection you would absolutely notice I have been following your recomendations for years. The bear with me tint(nyx) fenty eaze drop, colourpop supershock everything, sol bronzer, lip oils, tons of paletted and soo much more I have found because of you and they have been faves ever since 🙌🏻
I loved this! Your eye look is beautiful. Part II would be great. I don't know if this would work, but how about a "high end that's worth it/not worth it?"
Yay for the Milani eyeshadow primer!! I've tried Fenty's, CP's, and Sigma's and Milani's is my fav. So glad to see someone else besides Emily Noel say how great it is. For me, Fenty is too sticky (might be more suited to drier eyelids. I have slighlty oily eyelids). CP's does this weird thing where a tiny clump can form at the lash line that sets into a hard-to-remove clump and is just annoying to look at with eyeshadow over it. There also doesn't seem to be much product bc only after a few uses, I'm always trying to grab product on the doefoot within the squeezy tube. I'm still testing Sigma's. So far it's pretty good, but doesn't seem $21+shipping good. Unless u really like it for it's opaqueness. Compared to other primers, it is just slightly thicker than most primers, which makes sense if u think of it as what it's called, an "eyeshadow base". If u have darkness or redness, the matte ones act like a straightup concealer, but set like eye primers. It's really cool how thinly and easily Sigma's primer applies for a stick product. It also comes in shimmery shades, which is really unique for a primer. I got the matte Ignite and shimmery Radiance. However, I don't have redness or too much darkness, so I prefer the Milani primer for it's thinner consistency, price, setting time, and applicabilty. The Sigma sets 5 -7 s while the Milani is more creamy and sets ~10s. This allows me to spread product around more, esp close to my lash line. The Milani is easy to squeeze out and at $8 currently (at Target, not at Ulta), it's a great deal, esp bc u seem to be able to keep squeezing some last bit out for awhile. I also love that Milani's primer is available in stores, so I don't have to consider shipping for smth less than $10. In terms of performance, my eyeshadows pop and stay in place on my semi-oily, semi-hooded lids. I fall asleep in my makeup a lot and I always laugh when I see how perfect my eyeshadow is when I wake up and go to the mirror.
Part 2 yes please I love your bubbly personality always color pop I never got to dry it’s definitely not drugstore I never seen in there my favorite concealer Physician formula now cause I have dry skin I feel it works best I was using melani for years however lately it seemed to harden on my skin making it impossible to blend out of u can please do a drugstore skincare tutorial ❤💙 hope u have a great 4th of July 😊
The duo glue is one of my favorite things to use. Nyx Lift and Snatch Brow Tint Pens are my jam for my brows. I can't use anything else. Nothing gives me the same look. And i really like the ELF dip liner for liquid liner. Those are my recs
Great video! I wish we could get Color pop easier in the UK. I’m not sure why everyone makes lash packaging so big, there was so just wasted space in the lashes.
About 8 years ago Target was employing beauty consultants in the beauty section to help you find the right products for yourself, and when I found this out and was with my consultant I made the SAME FACE Angie made when she said "pretty POPPIN....O.o" haha. Now they've really boutiqued-it up over there, but I'm not sure if they still have beauty specialists.
I've been using Milani eye primer for about a year. I finally ran out and had a mini Urban Decay primer potion as a backup and honestly I prefer the Milani now!
Yes part 2 ❤ what an AWESOME idea
Do you know how happy it made me to see your NYX finishing powder positively falling apart?! First, it makes me BELIEVE you when you say you like it, but it also makes me happy to see you not be wasteful. Yes to all of this! I've seen her using this for a long time 😊
I want to see it broken into a powder and every last piece of dust used. I've done that with my NYX powder, used all of it
Please do a part II. I am very impressed by the quality and design improvements in drugstore makeup. The shade range and texture and colour payoff has expanded dramatically. "sticker shock"... ?
@@recordtapesbackwardit’s easier to cycle responsibly when you’ve paid ten dollars rather than sixty dollars
I LOVE that you treat drugstore make up like regular makeup
Love this video concept! I’m not interested in “good for the price.” I want what is just plain good! Thank you, Angie!
One of my favorites is the Revlon matte bullet lipstick formula. So plush and comfortable. Love that Revlon lipstick isn't strongly scented.
this could be a series in the channel! i love to see you doing your makeup with loved products❤
Yes we want a part 2!
Love the cobalt blue top; your makeup look complimented it so well.... & I'm all for a part 2 for drugstore makeup vid.
The milani eye primer surprised me the most; curious to try, & then, the nyx finishing powder literally on its last legs had me cracking up.
I recommend the Covergirl Tinted Lip Balm Clean Fresh Makeup line works fantastic by itself & works great paired with lipsticks & lip liners.
The new Essence Pure Nude Baked Blushes are stunning. They're more of a blush/highlight hybrid. Super pretty and very affordable!
Ive been using the Milani Eye Primer recently because ive heard its really good. So far im loving it 😊 My Holy Grail was Urban Decay's Potion but its simply toooo expensive for me now. No way in hell im paying $27 for it
Also, i just bought your brushes 😁 im so excited cant wait! Thanks for the sale✨️
The nyx lift and snatch lasts forever , best eyebrow pen ever!
I think you would love the Lustre Blushes from Revolution. They are a gorgeous, glowy blush and the formula is silky smooth!
The milani eyeshadow primer finally reached you too! It's emily noel's absolute fave lol
Thank you so much for this video. Please do another when you get the chance. :)
I’ve been using the milani eyeshadow primer for years love it I have oily lids so it works so well! I switched from the UD shadow primer because that started getting expensive for me
Would love a part 2. Also maybe a video for makeup that holds up in summertime heat & humidity.
The Milani liquid blushes are great. They don’t add weird texture or dryness on my 40 year old skin. I can get them to go on evenly, not patchy, as long as I don’t overwork it.
Yes to part 2

I was so excited to see you play with the blue palette again! I'm loving all the drugstore videos. Yes, to a Part 2! 😁💜🌻🦋✨
You know we’re dying for a part 2 🙌🏽🙏🏽😍
I would love a part 2. With the cost of everything going up I am hunting for the best, affordable products. Also, I trust your reviews... Thank you for working hard for us. I appreciate you.

Absolutely "yes please!" To a part two!
Please make a Part 2! 😊 I’d love to see your suggestions 😅
Yes please part 2;and 3 and so on😅

Killed it again. You are prettier than Michelle Pfeiffer hun!💙💙
Part 2 please.
Great video Angie. I started in the makuep using mostly high end makeup but nowadays I’m so excited to get my hands on great quality affordable items. Colourpop, essence, Catrice and Nyx have my ❤. That NYX lift n snatch!! 🙌🙌😍😍🔥🔥
Please do a part 2! What a beautiful eye look! ❤
The makeup revolution cream bronzer is amazing. It goes on and blends like a high end product.
Angie- Your look was the most fiercest! 😊. Who needs grammar when you have killer eyeshadow. I just love watching your videos! ❤
I love seeing the drugstore recommendations. Aside from indie eyeshadow, I’m a strict drugstore girlie so it’s great to see one of my favorite creators showing things I can, would, and DO use!

I love the Revlon Colorstay foundation in the dry skin! Its sooo good too!!
U are the only makeup influencer i watch that chooses that concealer! I've never tried it b4. Maybe i will!! 😉
Great video Angie! Part 2 yes please! My fave drugstore Wet N Wild Photo Focus Foundation, Milani Fruit Fetish lip oils, NYX Fill & Fluff brow, and for hair L’Oréal Magic Root Cover Up and Aussie Mega hair spray

Bought a Juvia’s Place lip liner on your recommendation and love them!
Hey Angie! I love this video as you said it. Not just good for the price but GOOD. 💗💗
I loved this! Your eye look is beautiful. Part II would be great. I don't know if this would work, but how about a "high end that's worth it/not worth it?"
Part two, yes! ❤
Love this confirmation of choices I’ve made from some of your recommendations at the drugstore.
Love the idea of this having multiple parts! :D

I would to see a Pt.2! ☺️ & the blue eyeshadow blue velvet . Isn’t it the same as the blue Moon eyeshadow?? 🤔
Yes please! Love great affordable makeup recommendations!
Great video! I wish we could get Color pop easier in the UK. I’m not sure why everyone makes lash packaging so big, there was so just wasted space in the lashes.
YES, part 2 please!
Love so many of the products you use as well, and love your channel! I am a Texan who used to live in Sweden, currently living in Texas too 😊

YES to wanting more of these! 💜
Anyone else reply to Angi outloud when she asks a question lol 😂 Amazing look, amazing video, 100% for a part 2 please! ❤
