Our season 2 finale is going to feature one of the most popular masters of the ukulele, Jake Shimabukuro. He is a multiple Nā Hoku Hanohano Award winner and has toured with Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Jimmy Buffet, and more. He has captivated audiences around the world with his unique and dynamic style. With his mother as his first teacher of the instrument, Jake embraced a deep love and respect for the ukulele and has explored new and unexpected ways to push the boundaries of what was possible on the humble four-strings. Each album has showcased his mastery of the instrument and his ability to weave together diverse genres to create a cohesive and captivating musical experience. He is undoubtedly one of the most innovative and exciting musicians of his generation, changing the perception of the instrument itself and breaking barriers of what kind of music it is capable of. Keep up to date with Jake at jakeshimabukuro.com
Jake is joined by the multi talented Jackson Waldhoff. Jackson is a unique bassist. He grew up in Kyoto, Japan, and moved to Hawaii when he was 15 years old. Jackson did not speak English at the time, and started to play music as a way to break language barriers. Later he fell in love with bass guitar, and decides to follow his passion for music.
Since then Jackson has performed and recorded with wonderful artists such as Jake Shimabukuro, Mick Fleetwood, Alan Parsons, Sonny Landreth, Keb Mo, Sam Bush, Taku Hirano, Fiji, Mark Yamanaka, Conner Johnson, and many others. Jackson was also our incredible sound engineer for our Music & Meals For Maui Benefit Concert.
A big mahalo to our incredible sponsors for helping support live music and creating opportunities to share the gift of music: Ala Moana Hotel, Analysis Plus, aNueNue USA, ArtistWorks, GHS Strings, Hawaiian Host, Kamaka Ukulele, Kanile‘a Ukulele, Ohana Ukulele, Pro Camera Hawaii, the Ukulele Site and Ukulele Magazine.
We can't thank our Associate Producers, Patrons and Concert Supporters enough for helping us keep this Concert Series free for the public! We can't do this without you!

Just perfect mele such a great show.
Full time UA-camrs. Its when you move your business so that most of the income is generated by UA-cam content and other on-line services like Patreon and Locals, and you pick and choose the travel and shows and workshops you do based on a bucket list instead of needing the money. I would follow a regular Craig and Sarah show on UA-cam if you ever choose to be "Full Time UA-camrs".
Love all the music along with all the backstories🎉
