- Leo Varadkar was speaking at a White House reception for St Patricks Day where he outlined Ireland's sympathy for Palestinians being bombarded by the IDF, and urged Joe Biden to force a ceasefire in Israel's ongoing bombing of Palestine.

When he knew his time was up ,he should have done the decent thing and told Genocide Joe to his face to stop supplying weapons and ammunition to both Ukraine and Israel. Absolutely. Varadkar didn't resign over domestic issues. The Biden Admin were furious over his attack on US policy vis-a-vis Israel, and his highlighting of the US's involvement in the genocide of Gaza. How dare he criticize Israel and the US! And in the same room as the president!
When I saw the video of him quoting Biden's son, and making a comparison between the Irish Famine and the famine being imposed on the population of Gaza (Biden's descendants purportedly emigrated to America to escape the Famine), I knew his days were numbered.
