I ❤ that you give your over all opinion. I was really interested in this place, until you made me remember that I am no longer 20, and still have tight luxury budget. Also, discussing the surrounding stores adds a brilliant touch. Here in SoCal, I am within 6 minutes of major shopping, Trader Joe and Target. This is going to be a huge adjustment for me.
I used to live there and there were CONSTANT robberies in the package room by the people who lived there themselves. One time I had a whole mattress stolen by the individual who lived above me and management failed to do anything (AND I WAS 8 months pregnant btw) and did not aid the cops in their investigation. Such a terrible experience and place to live and not worth it. Also, walls are as thin as paper and people living there have no respect whatsoever. Cops were constantly in and out the building due to robberies, complaints, etc.
Wow that’s insane yep that’s why I’ve been going and seeing if this is a right fit for me. I lived downtown and I feel the apartments that are near have disgusting people living in these! Thank you for letting me know about this place! 😊

The ogdens apartments are ok but you would definitely need a car if you live downtown.. right now it’s 40 Celsius which is pretty hot and it’s dry weather so it can get awful to go out anywhere. Downtown living is an experience you either

It will be $135 on top of your rent, and it’s every month that you have to pay with your rent. 😊

It looks like your video is dated three weeks ago. I did a tour recently and they did not show me the dog wash station so I’m curious if it is really there or not did you see the dog wash station on your tour?
unfortunately it looked like she was the only one there so it was a quick tour, but she did mention the dog was station. These apartments are very nice but just not for us, we want to get out of downtown. But good luck with the search and if you have any questions about anything defiantly let me know. I’m happy for the price drop, the place is nice but I lived downtown for about 4 yrs and I’ll never live downtown again. But for someone who wants to experience that lifestyle I say definitely try it out! But I’m happy that the price went down 😊
