Good work on including the Higher Buxton Station! After it closed as a station in 1951, it was used as a coal yard until the 1990's, when falling use in coal made it no longer viable. The land was redeveloped into housing and is now called Silverlands Park.
Another excellent video Leo and thank you for putting the maps in to give a nice overview. Being from a ‘railway family’ I’ve always had an interest in the railway, especially more local and smaller lines. My local pit line closed many years ago and it’s been re-purposed as the Greenway which is popular with walkers, cyclists and the occasional horse riders too. The local historical society has and is currently engaged in restoring areas along the line which really adds to the appeal for me. Having travelled on the Midland from Derby and Millers Dale to Buxton, I was puzzled and disorientated when next I came (by road, alas) and all I could see was the identical LNW station with a road junction where the Midland had been. I still feel weird when I go there.

You're right about Rowsley how ever I'm glad you've mentioned Ladmanlow as I was surprised to find out on old maps it used to be called Ladmanslow but yeah I mispronounced it wrong eitherway. Thanks for watching & commenting by the way.
You pose a good question, it’s come from me cleaning the Pavilion Gardens lake out September last year as I used a wheelbarrow to cart out all the rubbish and algae. I decided after doing that for every working day of September I must keep myself busy and so I made this series. Still involving that wheelbarrow cleaning up of course :)
London & North Eastern Railway owning the plateway? Not in 1920. The company was not formed until 23. Try London & North Western Railway, later part of the LMS.
I believe it was the LNER but the plate way closed in 1920 and assets were sold off later, some sources also state it had sections open till 1928 so it’s a bit all over the place. Like anything I make, or anyone on UA-cam really, take it with a pinch of salt. But thank you for pointing that out.

Why is this playlist titled Buxton Barrow Man? It’s suggestive of a Neolithic site and I don’t think the RR is quite that old.
