While animosity between the races has always been an unfortunate but inevitable factor to some degree, the hatred of white people within white majority societies is largely fomented by “fellow white people.”

    • @patrickc3419

If you look at individual social issues, white people are far more liberal than nonwhites. The more racially monolithic our states are, the more leftwing they are. Vermont. Maine. Minnesota. Washington. Oregon. Connecticut. New Hampshire. Rhode Island.
We all are aware of the semi recent political realignment of Hispanics in more conservative, but long term wise, it will be very interesting what happens because of Asian peoples, as they tend to be a mixed bag, voting wise. Chinese (which I cannot comprehend why) and Japanese generally vote liberal, while Vietnamese, Korean, & Filipino generally vote conservative.

As you stated, race is a creation of God. Sadly, many want to lie about creation and claim race isn't real or is unimportant. Well, it's part of God's creation and national division will and should exist until even Christ's return.

@@justinkase1360 I clearly said I don't take pride in it. And I'm not "loyal to my people", other than the people I love like my family, church family and friends, etc., and it has nothing to do with their race(s). And I don't think race is important nor do I belive it's important to God, for He is no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34; Romans 2:11). I don’t care what levels of melanin someone has in their skin surface. It is insignificant to me. I care if someone is born again. The obsession that many people have with the shade of skin tone is both unbiblical and unhealthy.
The ironic thing in this whole silly pot stirring is the overlooking of the fact (and I am generalizing in saying this) is that white people are far, far more leftwing in ideologies than any other people group. You mentioned this flight away from white identity. I've noticed this in a particular way. A lot of people from what we would call "minority" ethnicities embrace broader ethnicity labels such as "hispanic" or "black". But White people don't want to embrace being "white". They will instead cling to being "Irish" or "Italian". A more specific sub group within the broader ethnicity of "White". I think this is another form of flight away from the white identity. Because in our culture, it is good to be proud of being black, hispanic, etc. etc. However, if you are proud of being "white", you are a nazi. So I think that might be why people will talk about their proud "Scottish" heritage, but never their proud "White" heritage.

If you were as smart as you think you were, then you'd know that most Hispanics prefers monikers like Mexican, Colombian, Salvadoran, Puerto Rican, American, Californian, Montanan, Floridian, and the Cubans especially are fond of their respective demonym. If you want an easy way to piss off a Cuban, call 'em a Mexican and see what happens. You'd also know that Africans hate being called black. They too prefer demonyms that denote national, ethnic, and/or tribal origin. What you're preaching is for the Spanish, Irish, Polish, Italians, and so on to surrender everything and just become white people, nothing more and nothing less, which means that they'd also have to give up their *Catholic* religion. After all, the Protestants made it very clear that Catholics aren't white. Heck, Saint Peter himself wasn't even European.
