Zach Johnson, the “Millennial Farmer” is a 5th-generation farmer who’s spent his life growing, working, and learning on his family’s farm. His wit and dry sense of humor appeal to children and adults alike. A product of the millennial generation, his appreciation of new technology blends with his old-fashioned work ethic, and he offers a unique ability to deliver his message in a way that resonates with lifelong farmers as well as those with no knowledge of agriculture. With growing consumer awareness about where their food comes from, Zach has identified the need for an independent voice from the front lines of agriculture. Zach actively promotes agriculture by sharing his day-to-day experiences in the agriculture world while providing farmer-to-farmer education to help facilitate a collaborative conversation between farmers and the public.

Very fortunate that Midwest had a auger in stock. Heck of a dealership to help a farmer on a Sunday that’s top notch customer service
Its no more than you should expect from any dealer at harvest time .when i worked with IH in the 60,s and 70,s we always had a sunday service and spares at busy times.
Lol any dealer does that, and yes it costs more on a Sunday
Any dealer absolutely does not do that! All you boys in the midwest are spoiled. Try breaking down any time from Friday to Sunday in the south
@@jacobclay5508 dang. I’ve heard of and had the parts guy ignore the phone on a Sunday but never the service man. Our dealers stay open on Saturdays even when harvest starts till it’s over
They know they are going to get free advertising and if you spend enough they will do just about anything for you!!
Way to go Becky!! Got to keep everyone loose. Good to hear that Jim is being better.
Great to hear about Jim. I don’t personally know him, but know that people like Jim around a farm sure helps
Becky doing the whole drive away thing on Onyx was hilarious. Glad to hear Jim's doing well in his recovery and is to a point where he thinks he can come out and help if even for an hour or two.
It's a time honored tradition. Every parent instinctively knows you have to make a teenager work for that ride at least a little bit. Inching away at the curb when they reach for the handle is fun too. Especially with all of their friends watching. . .
As a retired heavy equipment mechanic it did my heart proud to see a fellow tradesman show up after hours to get you up and running.
That was my job for close to 50 years, get the machines running.
Loved it, best job in the world.
Would do it again 100%
Thanks Ron at Midwest Machinery for keeping our favorite farms working!
Do you think Anna eating corn makes her a "corndog"?
Boooooo!!!!😅
Nope, but that joke is almost as corny as this one!
🤣🤣🤣
Lol
😅
I knew Jim couldn't stay away. Never a dull moment. Your wife is funny.
Agree. Jim is no "couch potato." I'm certain that farming keeps him going!
JIM! JIM! JIM! No matter how dark the day, Jim always brings a smile to brighten it.
Those dogs are so cute in the back. I know my dog loves to go on car rides so I totally understand. Glad Jim is doing better can't wait to see the old goat.
dogs do that ,grab corn cobs for some reason...our black lab did also...lived a long life
Loved seeing your wife have fun with the kids!! Thanks for sharing an update about Jim, one heck of an operator and seems like a nice guy.
Thanks for the update on Jim, glad to hear he’s on the mend!
Thanks for the update on Jim. Glad to hear he is healing well.
I am so glad Jim is doing better! I really miss seeing him. I am always inspired at a farmers can do attitude! It would be great if other folks could learn from you folks! Oh, and the count was halarious!
Great news on Jim it will be good to see him back, Midwest were great and they make a wonderful backup for you. We always had a close relationship with our dairy engineers, when you have a herd waiting to milk their prompt attention was vital.
love how the dealerships are there for the farmers and understand how important it is to get them back up and farming.
Appreciate the update on Jim!! Always good to hear his thoughts on things!! Keep it between the rows!!

So cool to see your operation, and it is quite the operation!!
There is nothing more awesome than seeing three generations working together on the family farm.
Four generations.
And the dogs!
four?? no its 3 right now@@MrThisIsMeToo
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I really wish my family would have gone farming over logging and general heavy equipment work. I LOVE the family aspect. You’re at work and your little ones are always around, your wife and parents are there. There is nothing more valuable to me
Thank you Becky for that laugh 😂 😂😂😂 Needed that
The world is a better place with the guys and gals like Ron and Jim out there. …and you and your videos too of course. Take care…be careful walking on equipment like that
Tip of the cap to Midwest for that excellent service!! Sure glad Jim is doing better! Look forward to seeing him! Corn done, beans almost done, about to start cotton here in Bama! Good luck to all the rest of the way!

Atta boy Jim!! Keep on a truckin. Continued prayers for you!!
Can't have a good harvest without Jim.
Great to hear Jim is great !!! Tell him we will see him soon
Buy the mechanic a gift certificate to a nice restaurant, near by,and tell him how much you appreciated his work. He will never forget you!
The mechanics name wouldn't happen to be Mark Smith by any chance? 😂🤣😂
Trust me, those mechanics won't ever forget Zach... he spends too much on equipment for that to happen
@@leddielive no I’m a 74 year old retired hog farmer.
Thanks for the update on Jim.
Glad Jim is recovering well! I bet he's ready to get out of the house!

Great video Zach and Family, pleased Jim is getting better.
Midwest Machinery has got itself a great advertisement for their Business having an Auger in stock and on a Sunday.
All the best to you all from us in England. 🇺🇸🏴🇬🇧
Great that your supplier has an auger on hand and will be able to come out and get u'all back up and running. Glad to hear that Jim is bettr and wants to try to get back up and running.
Prostě krásný farmářský den. Se vším všudy. Díky a Bůh Vám žehnej.
Can't understand what was written. It's not German, but what was said?
Nice to hear Jim's well along with recovery. Nice of your dealer to keep you going on a Sunday. Who has more adventures in one day than farmers!!!
It’s nice that you get to work with your dad all the time - and it seems you get along so well!
Glad to hear about Jim.
We watch you from the UKl love it been a terrible harvest here crops damaged by storms cant believe how calm you keep when things break keep up the good work and keep safe 🚜🚜👍👍😀
I am glad that Jim is getting better. On the bright side, nothing has gotten stuck.😁😁
0:10 “Anna found some corn”(as she eats corn) does that make her a corn-dog?
Thats great news on Jim.
Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits, such as regularly setting aside money for sound investments...
I invested with Ricky, i make about a 30,000USD every month.
@rickywen1
His on te legram
I invested $2,500 and made $7,450 weekly with it. I only trust Mr. Ricky wen with my investment. Thanks to him, I can now send my kids to a great school in LA.
My first investment with Mr. Ricky wen got me $24,300 and that made me to invest without fear of losing. I even got four of my friends that I recommended to him and they are making as much profit as me. May God bless Mr. Ricky wen
Thank you for all the video content. I love to watch you guys fix stuff. I’m glad Jim is doing better. Keep it between the rows!
good for jim im glad hes doing well enough to try to work a little as long as he don't try and over do it. (we miss him)
These farmers have to be so smart and competent to do what they do.
Legend has it Onyx is still running after his mum
Thanks for the update on Jim. Happy to hear he is doing better
Glad to here Jim is doing good

Thanks for update on Jim miss him very much.
Missed Big Jim! Hope your back in the saddle soon!
glad about Jim .great dealership to work on Sunday
Glad to hear Jim is on mend, shame about your set backs but it all worked out in end. Great video😊
What a blessing that they had the part for the combine and I’m sure you would rather sweep that grain up off the concrete than from the ground.
Good to hear Jim is doing much better and ready to try getting back to work
Another great video, good to get up and running so quickly after the breakdown.Nice to hear Jim is wanting to be back in the seat.
Love your videos 💪🚜 Greetings from a Danish farmer🌾🌾
Hi Zach, While watching this video (as I watch them all) for some reason I particularly noticed your camera work and it prompted me to comment on not only how Becky’s editing has gotten so much more professional over time (and hopefully faster and easier for her because of it) but how much more creative your camera work has become. Quite the impressive videography young man. 👍
I think they farmed out the editing to someone else - third party. They had to because the success of UA-cam was taking over their life with editing.
@@OldePhart Well if that’s the case I can sure understand, editing is a lot of work even for someone who’s very proficient at it. Being a content creator is a huge amount of work and even though I’m sure the “juice is worth the squeeze “ makes ya wonder if Zach & Becky ever miss the old days when things might have been a bit saner. That being said I’m happy that they do what they do. Being a life long city boy the life looks pretty intense but an honest living and well worth it. From what I see I think that if I had been born into it I would have done pretty good with it.
@@timcarpenter8526 I had the pleasure of living on a farm for 2 years around the age of 12. I came from the city and just loved every single minute of it. I harvested corn (with a 4 row header :) ) Wheat, alfalfa Milked dairy cows and drove tractors at 11 and 12 years old, I was literally Onyx... My mother however did not like the farm life and so back to the city ever since. I miss that life so much. Becky has made fun of the "50 year old white guys from Canada" that often try to visit them on the farm. But from the small sampling of that life I had in my youth, it's a shame she pokes fun at them. I get it.
Sounds like Jim is doing real well. Thanks for the update!
Good news about Jim. I’m sure he wants to get back to helping. Hard to keep a good man or woman down. Be safe! God Bless!
We love some Jim. Would be great to see him up and about.
Good he hear Jim is feeling better.
