In beginning my last build I committed to doing EVERYTHING myself. Understanding that do not have all those skills, I sought out guidance from friends and acquaintances in many areas of expertise including welding, body work and painting to mention a few. Then I practiced, practiced, practiced; taking samples of my work back to them for review and comment. My greatest compliment cane from my body work pal who asked me to help him lay down the steel sides of a train engine that he was commissioned to restore. What an amazing experience that was. As Rat Rod Bob says: “I’m gettin’ it; just ain’t got it yet,” Thanks for all your videos. And hello to the magnificent Jolene.

Been in the industry of restorations for almost 40 years now. Good technique. Everyone does it a little bit different, but the basic principles are the same

Going the extra mile on filling the chassis will make this car smile. I know Jolene will be smiling as well... Very nice ! Good to see Jolene is back up and going for it again, I hope she can continue on without a lot of pain.. Love your videos, keep em coming.

I can appreciate what it takes to fill your frame. You have a lot more patience than I do. I build my cars as drivers ,and after I'm gone maybe the next owner will have the time and patience to do that type of work on them. Love your shows, keep up the good work Chad and Jolene.

So many UA-camr's; so many videos. Chad, I watch each of your daily videos. The gift that you share with your viewers is a creative art. Not only in vehicular creation but also is kindness, respect, dedication, patience and honesty. That in itself has a special meaning.
The patience and time that you take to explain things is comfortably soothing. I find great solace in being able to simply watch, learn and listen. Kind people do great things. Thank YOU for allowing us (the viewers) to be a part of your life.
Merry Christmas to you & your family on this Holiday Season.
    God Bless🌈

I wanted to just jump on the comments to say this is literally the 1st time watching this man and his content and I genuinely have a great respect just from this one hr. video. This guy fr makes me think of Bob Ross except the canvas is now a car and this is seriously a pretty big compliment because his attention to detail is very important imo, not to mention the fact he is speaking the truth behind all he is saying💯!! The character of this man is absolutely the kind of thing this world needs much much more of! So that said, much appreciation and great respect to you my man and great work!!

Hello chad, brother I so much agreed with what you said. People don’t know how much time a person puts into a Car DIY project, maybe not perfect, but the important thing is the effort that person put into that car to fix it and learned as they go. There are so many hater’s down mining’s other peoples work; but you don’t see what they do. Kudos to this video and your self . This video is so great and down to earth.
