@@Fermonos1 From the UK, you're incredibly deficient on Vit D. You're just as likely to get skin cancer from living in California from the sun. Moderation is key, plus you have to outweigh the risks - being depressed/no motivation and other health problems from lack of Vit D, or skin cancer. Which a lot of people get who've never been on a sunbed in their life. I don't recommend sun beds as a go-to regular thing, but they have their health benefits. It completely fixed/cured my severe eczema after trying tons of different moisturisers and steroid creams, with no real affect. UV is amazing.

I agree with your water choices Eddie, I bought a plumbed in version similar from the then H20 company, after a demonstration at home some 15 years ago around 2006. Basically removing chlorine, iron, copper, zinc & other minerals etc. to produce nothing but pure drinking water... That day we tested bottled Evian... it was 330ppm, tested my own tap water which registered 270ppm so cleaner than Evian, then I was shown H20 cleansed tap water after filtration that produced just 0.8ppm (pure water).... I was sold but it wasnt cheap. This was 15 years ago and cost me close on £1,700 back then.. The company is still going strong but trades under Pureh2o these days..... for anyone wanting decent water store bought you simply cannot beat Voss (produced from Norway)... its pure, expensive but you get what you pay for & its in glass bottles NOT plastic which can leach!!
Don't drink high ph water when you eat. The high ph neutralizes your stomach acid so the food you eat has to sit in your stomach waiting for new stomach acid to be produced in order for digestion to progress. I don't know if it's harmful but it definitely decreases the efficiency of the digestive process.
@@babyfood9537 Normal water (pH around 7) is completely fine and you should drink water with your food to help digestion. The stomach produces plenty of acid to counteract normal tap water. If you drink basic water (or other basic substances like baking powder) and deacidify your stomach too much, you'll puke.

I did recently a research of my tapped water (got the technical analysis of my local water supplier in the internet) and was astonished that the each values it has was ‚better‘ than the tablewater i used to buy. So i’m saving a lot of money now. Furthermore i found out that tapped water has to be analyzed for 100 items but tablewater only for 50 items.

No human is perfect. We all are flawed and have contradictions. Some people will get cancer from sunlight. Some from sun beds. Some from diet. Many from genetics, like my Gran, my Aunt, my Great Aunt, my cousin, my mother in law, none of whom used sun beds or sunbathed

Interesting. I was always told by my mum to not drink water during meals, I always drink water atleast an hour before or after a meal.

I did recently a research of my tapped water (got the technical analysis of my local water supplier in the internet) and was astonished that the each values it has was ‚better‘ than the tablewater i used to buy. So i’m saving a lot of money now. Furthermore i found out that tapped water has to be analyzed for 100 items but tablewater only for 50 items.

It's kinda weird also, how he's bought all this stuff and does literally everything he can to be as healthy as he can, yet he literally does 3 minutes a day in a cancer causing machine. It's been studied so so so many times that tanning beds cause cancer, and at 21 minutes a week that's literally insane. Makes me second guess literally everything else he says. Unless of course the bulbs have UV shades, but then he mentioned the tan so clearly not, just doesn't make sense to me.

He would need to add salts in to the water and be careful about it too so as not to over salt.
Drank 9litres of water out on a bike ride through the forests of Wales a few years back and still felt thirsty…found out later on that I had likely watered my blood down and my body likely needed some electrolytes.
That was scary enough….12 litres on the other hand is just crazy!
