you're absolutely right, I was worried about the same but After using this now I'm totally satisfied and recommend you to go with this Washing machine cause It's been 2 year using this machine, I operate this machine on daily basis heavily but no issues till date what so ever. Maybe Motorola is not well known brand in Washing machines but works as good as or better than other known brands.
