But they don't have good after sales support in terms warranty and spares. Waging machine is not something you buy everyday, maintenance and spare parts costs matter and in case of bosch all it's parts are imported, they should open at least one factory here, India a big country.

Never had issues with their customer service. Its a tad expensive but always could get spare parts but my machine broke down only once after 10 years. Now I love my new Bosch! I maybe too biased but my clothes smell and look so clean after washing in Bosch.

I bought dsb. It has some additional features like AI wash, which includes some additional features like soiling sensor. Using it for few days now. It's a very silent machine, comes with auto Dispenser. I found it useful. I had put 500 ml of detergent at once. You just feed the quantity of liquid in the app. After every wash it tells you that how much is left. However, initially you need to enter, how much have you put in the machine. Overall, it's a beautiful product. Mind it I am talking about DSB model. AI wash and auto Dispenser are additional things
My Bosch washing machine drum failed in just 3 years of use and are asking 15k for replacement and they don't even have subepart for replacement. Infact they purposefully makee drum holder or spyder with a very small factor of safety so that drum brakes and instead of replacement of spyder they have to replace the entire washing machine drum. Now they are asking to buy new Bosch washing machine without warranty for the same price as the new washing machine.
