Take note of the mistakes made during the test routes.
With corrections, you can avoid making these mistakes again and again.
I drive my car and follow the actual test routes just to show you.
Please take note that the tester may not follow the route totally.
I will also tell you what are the important things to take note along the routes.

Hi Sir I've got a question. So at 4.50, where you turned right at the junction onto the main road, why did you not kept left (I do know that is the part where the U-turn is right up ahead) but should I still kept to the left till the tester tells me to U-turn up ahead? or should I just wait till he tells me to U-turn up ahead. Because moving all the way to the left lane and then back to the most right for the U-turn will be changing lanes so many times and that road is the one with heavy traffic (making it very hard for me to change lane). So I was wondering if you know if I should just keep right and wait for tester to tell me U-Turn or change to left lane and change back later?
Hi Mr Victor, yes I have the same question as Brian. Why didnt you keep left immediately after turning right in to Eunos Link? We were advised to always keep left after every turn. Please reply.
Hi! Just went for my LDSC yesterday. Just a heads up to people going for test. Was informed that Test Route 2 is not in use, but testers will still use the u-turn in that route as it’s the nearest to CDC. At that u-turn, there is stop line so need to make sure that you stop before you turn even though there is no oncoming traffic.

Hi Sumaiyah, Do not forget the timing for the bus lane time from 7.30 to 9.30 am if your driving test fall between this timing.
Be firm and do not keep thinking on the mistakes that you may have done. Good luck to your driving test.

Hi Victor, immediately after turning left (3:21), there's chevron marking. after turning left, do I immediately filter right & follow the curve of the chevron to avoid the chevron?
Yes u may turn straight to the right if there is no traffic.
Hi Victor, thank you for making all these videos! My TP test is in 2 days and I feel not ready at all.... The last 15 mins of my TP test is after 5pm and I have been practicing during non bus lane timing. Also, are there any tips for adjustments during parallel/vertical parking?

Minor mistakes should be ok but not too many time for a single mistake.
It actually depend on the tester assessing on your overall driving.
At 2:50, if I didn't switch lane in time and I am on the left lane, do I need to signal right to go into the lane to avoid parked vehicles?

hi victor, for the give way to buses. it is only when the traffic light is red i need to be behind the yellow box for bus to drive out right
Hi Wei Chin, yes you are not allowed to remain in the yellow box ( not the yellow box with the cross ) when it is red light or if there is not enough one car length in front.
Slow down when you approaching the first triangle, stop before the white dotted line when you saw bus signalling right wanted to exit from the bus bay.
Fine for not giving way is $130 for qualified driver. No demerit point.

Hi actually you may turn straight to the right lane if you knew there are parked vehicle along the road.

Hi there are a few scenario for veer off course. After making a U turn , right turn or left turn and could not keep your car within the lane.
Look at your lane after making the turn to avoid veer off course. Speed is also important, try to maintain your speed while turning.

@car refresher course centre does the traffic light at 9:30 have a dedicated green right arrow signal? Actually how to know whether a traffic light has a dedicated green right arrow signal?
Hi, yes there is a right turn arrow at that junction. You can actually see an additional box on the right, that is the right turn arrow which will appear after the red light for you to turn right. In fact in Singapore, 99% of the traffic junctions will have the right turn arrow except T-junctions which does not have. Of course some cross junctions may not have the right turn arrow as the traffic is very light, normally at private housing estate area.

No.
Unless those mobile traffic light box which use for temporary road usage.

Try to change your mirror every time after every course as you may need to do lane change inside the circuit.

Hi, at 8:40, can i ask what we need to check for? Do we only have to check that there’s no oncoming cars, then we can turn right? Do we need to look to the right to check that there’s no cars turning into my lane (in front of my car at 8:40)? Thanks!
Check only the oncoming vehicles.

Where is the u-turn sign?
Before the turning, if no u turn sign, mean cannot turn.

Hi Victor, I have a question regarding 'Mandatory Give Way to Buses'.
In a scenario where there are 2 buses, 1 Leaving the bus stop and the other stopping to alight and board passengers
Do I need to give way to both buses or only the bus leaving the bus stop?

Hi! Most of the junction have a box ahead of the stop line for right turn. However, if there is no box - can we still move forward? My instructor told me move forward when there is no box - is this allowed for any junction - even when there is no box? Thx
Hi you are referring to right turn pocket. Yes you can still inch your vehicle and wait in the pocket if there are oncoming vehicles or pedestrians crossing.
