- Khamti town is in the Sagaing region of Myanmar. The town is dominated by the Chindwin river. The township is a producer of rice and has Gold and Jade reserves. More than 65% are Naga and the remaining are Shan, Chin, Kachin, Chinese, Burmese etc.

Much more develop than we Nagas here in Nagaland... The place is just so beautiful and clean... And dont talk about the road, here its almost non existent whereas their road is well made and well maintained (Strictly road leading to the town and town areas.) Great video... 👍👍

I’m so happy that I’ve come across your channel. I try not to skip any video though I joint only recently. In this video it truly amazes me to see a different side of our neighbouring Myanmar;Khamti is such a fresh of air with wider roads, well structured roads, hospitals and institutions. Nagas in Burma very beautiful place rapid growing developing after converted Christianity I think their leaders have not being corruption in like Nagas in Indian state.😊
For your kind information they are not Christian they are Buddhist.
Sad fact
In Burma (Myanmar) the Government doesn’t make development in Christianity areas so most of the Christian areas converted into Buddhism, so that they get development in tr areas.
