  • New weapons, state-of-the-art equipment and first-class instruction - the Russian Army is literally rolling out innovative guns to compete in the global military elite. In 2008, the Kremlin launched a program to completely renovate Russia's military strength. In this context, investments of more than 700 billion euros aim to restore the previously ailing troops to their original splendor.

@r4rev2 it doesn't matter if they capture Kiev "soon" whenever "soon" is. The russian military already looks weak and I am not talking about fire power because fire power is nothing special for modern countries. Every modern country with a decent military is able to destroy everything if they want. They are not able to coordinate ground-air missions and are not even able to hold up a supply line that is just a few 100 km's away from Moscow. They were laughing about the US because of their peformance in Afghanistan, Irak etc , wars that were super far away from their home turf and in unknown terrain. Now look at how Russia performs in their own backyard in a terrain they know. Then they use mobile crematoriums to cover up their losses. I am totally shocked because I thought this was the 2nd strongest military in the world. Take away the nuclear weapons and they look like clowns right now.
