🆕 Os azulejos relevados, de padrão e figurativos, foram essenciais na obra de Bordallo Pinheiro. Deu-lhes um cuidado especial nas composições, nos desenhos e nos vidrados, e com eles revestiu grandes superfícies. Em 1899, influenciado pela Arte Nova mas sempre sob a sua ótica original, experimenta linhas sinuosas com gafanhotos, borboletas, rãs e nenúfares, entre outros motivos naturais. Homenageando esse universo muito próprio de azulejaria, a Bordallo Pinheiro lança a coleção Painel, composta por três pratos de grandes dimensões, com diferentes cores e decorações, reproduzindo as técnicas e o imaginário bordallianos. Nesta peça decorativa que cruza história com a contemporaneidade inata das criações de Raphael, o painel de azulejos é emoldurado por uma larga ola vidrada que os abraça. ✨

🆕 These patterned and figurative relief tiles were essential in the work of Bordallo Pinheiro. He gave them special care in their compositions, drawings and glazes, and with them he coated large surfaces. In 1899, influenced by Art Nouveau but always under his original perspective, he experimented with sinuous lines with grasshoppers, butterflies, frogs and water lilies, among other natural motifs. Paying homage to this very unique universe of tiles, Bordallo Pinheiro is now launching three large plates with different colors and decorations, reproducing Bordallo's techniques and imagination. In this decorative piece that merges history with the innate contemporaneity of Raphael's creations, the tile panel is framed by a wide glazed border that embraces them. ✨
